The place was great! It was the parking lot next door that gave us a hard time, be careful they have lack of signage and will give you a ticket for 62.

The apartment was as advertised and the check in was easy. Mark was also quick to respond to questions. Good location as well. Would stay here again.

Great location. Clean room. The huge problem here is no parking. We had to park super far away because there was a Browns game going on. Then we had to walk back to our car after the game to live it closer to our apartment. Ultimately this ended up with us getting a parking ticket. The whole building also wreaked of marijuana, so if that isn’t your thing don’t stay here.

Our stay went perfectly! Good Vibes Loft was exactly as pictured and is located next to several highly rated restaurants, there's plenty of street & lot parking all around, and we were able to walk to/from the Browns game with ease. The rental was very clean and comfortable, and we slept great every night. We'd stay there again without hesitation.

The apartment was within walking distance to downtown Cleveland’s many events and activities. Super clean and well equipped.

Great location

Condo was clean and nice. We had no issues checking in or accessing the building. We parked in the lot beside the building for the whole weekend for 60. The location is great and close to our favorite restaurant, Cleveland Chop! We will stay here again!

I stayed here b/c the location was minutes from the Huntington Convention Center. It was great, I walked there and other spots around downtown within minutes. If location is a priority for you, I would consider this place. The only down part is that it's located inside an old building and it was easy to hear what my next-door neighbors were saying. I was not too sensitive to the sound so it didn't bother me too much. However, some neighbors smoked and when I would step into the hallway I could smell the smoke very easily, but it never made it into the loft.

There were people standing in the hallways. Another person was sitting in a lawn chair in front of the front door/main entrance to the building. The check-in instructions said there was a fob, but there was not so we had to be buzzed in every time we entered - our identities were never verified so they were letting anyone in. The neighboring parking lot was poorly kept, did not have an attendant on duty, and the payment machine was not working. There were also signs to 'keep your junk in your trunk' to avoid break-ins. The room didn't appear to be cleaned before we arrived as the tub was backed up, there was no toilet paper in the bathroom or any of the storage cabinets, there was a smear on the carpet and a chewed up tube of petroleum jelly on the floor.

Great apartment Great Location

The loft is exactly what it looks like in the pictures - it's modern, it's adorable, it's clean and it's comfortable. The location is in the center of everything - walkable to restaurants, shopping, museums and stadiums. The street noise is really minimal, pretty quiet overnight. Only issue we had was the elevator was out of order during our whole stay - getting the luggage up and down three flights was the worst of it, otherwise it helped us get our steps in. If you want a downtown Cleveland experience, this is a great place.

Cleveland warehouse district

Easy Vibes Loft in downtown Cleveland Warehouse is a great location. You are able to walk to a lot of attractions. The Hosts provided easy instructions to enter the locked entryway lobby and to their 3rd floor condo. They also provided a digital welcome guide 4 days before our trip with many recommendations and tips for food, drinks, activities and much more info to make our stay hassle free. The loft itself was very comfortable for the two of us. We especially enjoyed the many teas and coffee provided to welcome us.

No key fob. AC & main light in kitchen wasn’t working. Property owner seemed to forget that we couldn’t locate the key fob. Other than that, location was great.

I wanted to give this place a 5 stars so badly. The loft was well kept and stocked! The decor was beautiful and although the building seems to be historic, the unit was very nice. My only issue was that the code I was originally given and the key fob did not work. We eventually figured it out with the host and I was given assurance of assistance if I had any further issues. However, not knowing if I was going to have issues getting back in the loft every time we had to leave didn’t fare well for a person who already has anxiety issues. I’m not sure what was going on but if they get those kinks worked out, it will be pretty much perfect. I personally probably wouldn’t choose to stay here again due to the lock and key fob issues. But if you don’t have anxiety about those types of things, it’s the perfect spot!

Avoid This Place – Safety Hazards and Disgusting Lack of CleanlinessWhile the loft itself looks pretty at a first glance and parking was easy to come by, our single-night stay here was an absolute nightmare. It was nowhere near worth what we paid.Major Safety & Check-In Issues:Broken Keypad System: When we first arrived at 4:30 PM, the keypad didn’t work and had to be reset. When we returned late that night, the code had been switched again without our knowledge. It took us multiple stressful attempts to finally get the door to open.Safety Hazard in the Lobby: Making matters worse, there was a drunk homeless person sleeping right inside the building. Having to struggle with a broken keypad late at night while trying to creep around a stranger made us feel incredibly unsafe.Terrible Cleanliness:Once we finally got inside the room and settled, we realized the place hadn't been properly cleaned in a long time.The Bedroom/Living Area: There was a literal chunk of hair stuck to the wreath on the door. We found dust, dead bugs, disorganized cabinets, trash and debris left next to the TV, and a used Q-tip just sitting on the floor. The floors clearly hadn't been swept.The Bathroom: Absolutely disgusting. There was hair left in the shower and the walls hadn't been wiped down.Amenities:The Wi-Fi didn't work upon arrival, and we had to go find and reset the router ourselves just to get a connection.Cannot recommend this property to anyone. Look elsewhere in Cleveland.
