Come enjoy “Candyland” which offers 8 en suites, including a bunk room, each with their own private bathroom. 3 en suites on the main level. Sleeps 30 people. We are located 35 miles from Yellowstone. Easy access to many local ATV/snowmobile trails straight from the cabin. Private community access to boat ramps and docks as well as a private community beach. Our cabin has its own pickle ball court and large 12 man hot tub. We are .2 miles from Island Park reservoir, less than a 5 minute walk. Guests have access to a 3 car heated garage and plenty of on site
Parking. Easy year round access. Large covered back patio for guests to enjoy the sunset and sunrise. Sits on nearly 3 acres. Private fire pit, lawn games, arcade, pool table, bbq grill, and ping pong table. 3 washers and 3 dryers available for guests use. 3 dishwashers, 2 fridge/freezers, double oven, gas cooktop. Perfect kitchen for large gatherings! AC, free Wi-Fi, 10 large smart TVs. Construction to be completed April 15.

Great house for a large group! We had a group of 20 and this house accommodated us all PERFECTLY! From a very well stocked kitchen to enjoying meals together around the largest dining table I've ever seen, plus all the fun family activities such as pickle ball, pool table, hot tub, fire pit and more.... This home has it all! For such a large house, it is also also very comfortable with amazing views that will make it hard to leave! would love to stay again!

This was an amazing, spacious place! Perfectly designed for large groups, with 8 en-suite bedrooms, 2 fridges, 3 dishwashers, 3 sets of washer/dryers, a hot tub for about 10 people, and a dining table for 20! All new everything, having been built just a few months ago. It is remote, tho, so we picked up group-sized groceries at Costco en route from Bozeman. We spent our days at Yellowstone (about 45 min drive to West Entrance) and one at Grand Tetons (about a 3 hr drive) and evenings dining and hot-tubbing at the house. There are plenty of LARGE screen TVs around the house, but we did not watch much due to all our activity. There are game tables in a large common area, but we did not use those much, not having any children with us. Huge windows provided stellar views. This was a perfect hang-out house for our family's reunion!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! It was perfect for our large group, all eight bedrooms had their own bathrooms, which was exactly what we were looking for. The house was well-equipped with fun games, board games, and big TVs in each room, which made our stay even more enjoyable.While the property is a bit of a drive from Yellowstone’s West Entrance, the comfort and amenities made it worth the distance. It truly felt like a home away from home, and I would highly recommend it to large families or groups looking for space and convenience.There were a few minor things that could be improved. A dual-zone thermostat would have been helpful, as it was quite cold downstairs and warmer upstairs. Some basic supplies like additional toilet paper, hair dryers, and shampoo would have added to the comfort. The mattresses were on the softer side, firmer options would be a nice upgrade.We did run into an issue with hot water on the first day, and unfortunately had to take cold showers. I texted Katie about it and received a response after around four hours. Communication during that situation could have been more prompt. That said, Katie was flexible and understanding when we realized we had mistaken the checkout time, we thought it was 11 AM instead of 10 AM, and she kindly allowed us a little extra time.Overall, it was a great experience and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. With a few small adjustments, this property would be absolutely perfect!

Great Family Vacation!

This home is beautiful, and very spacious! We had plenty of room for our family of 9 kids 12-2 and 9 adults. Everyone loved the house, the location and had room to really spread out or be together as we wanted. I do have a couple of comments/suggestions that would make things better. There were no bathmats in the bathrooms, it made for a very wet floor. There are small flies or gnats all over. We had to clean them from the kitchen window sills the first day. We loved the large kitchen, but with 2 refrigerators, 2 ovens and 3 dishwashers, it would be really nice to have 2 microwaves. We were all waiting in line to use it. No net for pickleball? More info in the welcome binder would be super nice. Maybe directions or even a list of games and amenities?None of these things were deal breakers, just a few observations. Thank you for a great vacation, we loved it!!

The property worked well for our party of 16. Plenty of space, well-equipped kitchen, and activities for all ages. The proximity to Yellowstone is the reason we selected this property.

Wonderful home for large group!

My parents, five siblings, and their families (19 total guests) came for a week of fun and relaxation! The house was clean, perfect for a large group and had everything we would want and need. Everyone loved the EXTRA large kitchen table where we could all eat together, talk and laugh. The en suite for each bedroom, extra dishwashers, clothes washer/dryers were a nice touch and we wouldn't want to go back to sharing in the future. Garage fit six cars and it was nice to have them out of the snow and cold. We had a question and the host was very responsive and shared updates throughout the process. Would highly recommend!

Great Stay in a Spacious Home

We had a fantastic stay at this home! It’s very spacious, with a large kitchen that made meal prep easy and enjoyable. The en-suite bathrooms were a great convenience, providing privacy for everyone. The hot tub was a wonderful bonus—perfect for relaxing. Plus, the location was excellent, making it easy to explore the area. Would definitely stay here again!Let me know if you’d like any tweaks!

Great Place to stay

Loved being able to park my trucks in the garage since the temp. got down to -22 the last day there. I would defiantly stay there again.

Just Perfect

We were looking for a place where our whole family (29 of us) could be together in one place for the whole weekend! This was the perfect facility! As usual, the kitchen area was where we hung out most of the time. It did not disappoint… with more than enough room to cook, visit, and play games. Just can’t say enough about how wonderful this place is.

Absolutely Fantastic!

Every year, instead of a ton of gifts for the adults, we find a destination and we book a home that will hold our family of 23. This home is just spectacular! We had some very young grandchildren who weren’t too keen on driving around Yellowstone, and just playing around the house was a great time for them too. Absolutely a 10 star home
