Pelican Walk 307 balcony is the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee, soak up the sun, read a book, or watch the gorgeous sunset over the Gulf of Mexico! For extra guests, the living area has a pull down queen size wall murphy bed. The floor to ceiling windows and the open floor plan of this two bedroom unit offers spectacular views and plenty of space to relax! Enjoy amazing beach and water views from the living room, dining room, and fully equipped, remodeled kitchen. The condo can sleep up to 6 guests.
