Plan to relax in this 3 bedroom - 2 bath condo just steps to the pool, sugar white sand, and the emerald green water of the Gulf! The updates to 412 are wonderful! This condo is spacious, clean, and family friendly! The master bedroom has a NEW king size bed, a private master bath, and its own balcony. The 2nd bedroom has a NEW king size bed with an adjoining bath and the 3rd bedroom has 2 NEW sets of TWIN over FULL bunk beds. The master bathroom has a custom tile shower and there is a tub/shower combo in the second bathroom.

Pelican Walk 412 is located on the fourth floor and features all NEW furniture in 2025, including a NEW queen sleeper sofa! Check out the NEW Bunk room with 2 TWIN over FULL bunk beds! *Age Restriction for the TOP bunk: We recommending that only children over the age of six use the top bunk.

NEW Dining furniture provides seating for 6 and there are 3 stools at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with updated stainless steel appliances and a new washer & dryer in the condo. The best part is the spacious wrap around balcony overlooking the West side pool and beach. It is the perfect spot to take in the amazing view of the Gulf and stunning Sunsets!

Pelican Walk is an ideal place to stay! Located close to all that PCB has to , ice cream, shopping, arcades, go cart tracks, mini golf, pontoon and jet ski rentals, deep sea fishing charters, golf and so much more! All with in a 2 mile radius. The room was very nice and we did not have any issues. The resort was nice because it wasn’t as packed as others that we have stayed at in the past. The beds were comfortable and the air worked great. We had a perfect view of the beach and pool. The condo was clean except for under the sofas and beds and behind some of the furniture. That would be my only complaint.

The condo was basically nice inside and good views of the ocean. A couple of little things were small issues. First in the MBR the TV must have been installed by the owners teenaged son. Wires hanging down from the TV on wall. Not professionally installed! In addition, we did not notice that there’s only 2 baths for possibly 8 people. Not optimal! But it was a nice condo that served our needs well. J&G

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I would have stayed at this condo allot longer if it wasn't so outdated. The furniture was stained the carpet was filthy and mold in different areas. I was surprised that when I said I was checking out the management never asked why or was there anything else they could have done to keep my business.

We have stayed at Pelican Walk for many years until 2020. This was the first year back and it felt like it needed some things replaced. The bed was not comfortable, the closet had mold in the top, the air never cut off and was very loud but thankfully worked. Outside furniture was rusty and missing cushions. I would choose a different unit next time but would stay here again.

The overall experience was great and the facilities were very nice but the Unit 412 needs a little TLC. The sofa sleeper was unusable as the leg to support it had broken. The deck furniture is in need of some repair as there was at least one chair with a broken arm and the table top was peeling off. The kitchenware also need some attention as one of the fry pan had the handle falling off and dish towels seemed light.

Condo 412 Pelican Walk

In the double queen bedroom it looked like there was a mild problem near the vent over the door. I submitted a list of things to the office that needed attention. The refrigerator was missing a shelf to one of the bins and the bins were cracked. Please refer to the information that was given to the office. Other than some attention to detail we had a wonderful time. I would like to see some handicap way to get to the beach other than stairs. We had someone who was handicap with us and she was unable to go to the beach due to the stairs. Office staff was very helpful and friendly. Would return to Pelican Walk again.

The fridge would not cool and shelves were busted out, the second master bed room has 6' crack in the concrete ceiling and leaked water all over the bed, the master bath had mold all over the ceiling tiles. Door to the second master bedroom was busted and had been terribly patched instead of replaced. Would not recommend this unit.

The unit could use a deep cleaning. There were issues I reported on our checkout form. A couple of the biggest issues were missing slats & unable to close bedroom blinds in 2 of the bedrooms. The other was a missing bottom shelf & broken drawer in the refrigerator. The plus was the air conditioner worked great! Overall, the unit was ok but could use some updating.

Five stars on property and staff. I gave the 3 stars for the room itself. It definitely needs some attention. A good deep cleaning and fresh paint, new living room furniture, mold on air vents and air conditioning needs adjusting. Air blows hard while on, then stuffy and humid when not running. Too much furniture on the balcony and before we left they had delivered two rocking chairs. If you do a lot of balcony sitting, 412 does not have the best view (house in the way).

We slept in our zero gravity chairs because of it. A lot to pay to sleep in chairs. Living/dining room furniture was older, but got the job done.
