Tucked just a short stroll from the boardwalk leading to beautiful Sheridan Beach, Tan Lines is the perfect cozy escape for a small family or group of friends. Enjoy the charm of beachside living with all the comforts of home in this standalone coach house retreat. You can rent this coach house on it's own, or combine it with "Good Times" to create a combination that sleeps up to 17.

The coach house features a bright and airy living space, ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach. Enjoy a home-cooked meal in the fully stocked kitchen, challenge your crew to a card game at the dining table, or wind down with a movie night. With sleeping space spread across the main level and loft, there’s room for both rest and connection.

LOCATION
Located within Beachwalk Resort, you’re just minutes from the lakefront and all the resort’s amenities.

PARKING
Includes 2 dedicated parking spaces in front of the garage. All vehicles must display a parking pass. Additional vehicles may be parked in the overflow lot.

HOUSE RULES
No smoking or vaping indoors
No pets
No parties (including prom, bachelor, or bachelorette gatherings)
No fireworks
Minimum rental age: 25. Primary renter must be present throughout the stay

Relaxing beach vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location..short walk to pool and beach. Clean place and comfortable beds. Young kids enjoyed finding turtles by the pier, donuts at the clubhouse, and evening walks around the neighborhood. A relaxing beach vacation.

Great location

We stayed with 2 adults and 4 teenage kids. This would be the best scenario. The bedroom was comfortable for us. I don't see adults sleeping in the loft or small children. One bathroom was a challenge but that's was clearly listed. The location within Beachwalk was perfect. Super close to the beach and the pool area. No need for a golf cart. Hard to tell in the pictures, but there is not an outdoor seating area. You can't pull into the garage, your cars park on the pad. Overall, great for us and our situation. Very happy and would stay again.

Great getaway spot for a small group!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in Tanlines with 3 adults and 3 children (under 10). The location of the house is right in the middle of the beach access and pool/clubhouse area. It's a bit farther walk to the playground & activity area but manageable. The house was very clean, while the stairs to the loft were steep, we weren't bothered by them. There were plenty of linens, blankets, towels for us to use inside. There isn't an abundance of living area space for 6 on the main level (couch & table each seat 4) but we made it work. Plenty of hot water and amazing water pressure in the shower. Less than ideal items: the wi-fi is weak and continuously kicks you off, I think the router may be located in GoodTimes (larger main house). There is no outdoor shower on Tanlines (the listing claims there is), luckily the folks staying in GoodTimes didn't mind us using theirs. There's no outdoor seating for Tanlines, and you do not have access to the golf cart in the garage, nor is there a wagon or anything to use to head to the beach - so bring your own! The refrigerator doors open in the opposite direction they should for where the wall is, and the kitchen table had to be moved to open the dishwasher; although not a huge issue it did make cooking meals or having more than 1 person in the kitchen overwhelming. Overall, we'd recommend the property to others but it's best suited for 4 or less guests rather than the 6-7 it's listed for. We loved Beachwalk Resort overall. It has plenty of activities and the employees at the welcome desk were friendly and helpful. The younger employees in the clubhouse are friendly but often don't know any details for activities being held there. The "quiet time" hours at 10pm are more of a suggestion than an enforced rule, as there was loud music and screaming from golfcarts every night, but there's always someone who doesn't follow (or make their kids/teens) follow the rules.We'll be back in the future but likely will choose ano

The stairs, which they can't really be called, up to the loft areare really just a ladder. Not safe for kids and really nit safe for adults!!

Clean and perfect for small group on a budget

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We use this house as an adjunct to a larger house we were renting. It worked great for three people and would’ve been fine for four. There is a nice bedroom on the central floor and then I believe room for five in the loft. While there are beds, there is not a lot of Living space. Also, the ladder up to the loft is a little scary at first, although we all adapted.
