Welcome to the 11th floor Shore Line Serenity! Open floor concept living space with 3 bedroom, sleeps 8. Sleep like a king in the Luxurious King size beds with luxury soft linens. Two King suites and a Two Queen suite.

The property is exactly as pictured. It’s a wonderful place. We did have some small issues in the beginning (missing appliances, broken appliances) but they replaced immediately after we notified them. I’m giving it 4 stars because the listing did say that there were several beach towels, so I didn’t pack any and when we got there, there was none. I texted and was told they are not offered. I took a pic of the details where it was and they said they needed to update that. Also, there was dirty dish pans from a previous guest underneath all the pans. I put them in the dishwasher but that’s just yucky. It is a nice place to stay but really needs a good touch up/cleaning for the price.

We truly hope you were able to relax and make some great memories during your time there. We appreciate you bringing these items to our attention. Beachfront homes do see a lot of use, and small appliances—especially things like blenders—can wear down over time. I’m glad we were able to get a replacement to you quickly after you let us know, as that issue had not been reported by the previous guest. Regarding the cookware, we agree that’s not an ideal experience. While our housekeeping team works hard to maintain a high standard, they are human and occasionally something can be missed—especially if a previous guest put away an unclean item. We’ll be addressing this with the team to help prevent it moving forward. Thank you as well for pointing out the beach towel note. That section has now been corrected. We do mention in multiple areas of the listing and pre-arrival communication that beach towels are not provided, mainly because our cleaning service does not launder personal-use towels. In the past, this led to issues with unsanitary or missing items for incoming guests, so we made the decision to discontinue providing them. We appreciate your feedback—it helps us continue to improve—and we’re very glad to hear you still found it to be a wonderful place to stay. We’d love to host you again in the future.

WOW!! These views were absolutely stunning! As soon as we walked inside, we felt like the vacation began. The layout was perfect for a family. Low noise and really enjoyed all the kitchen items available. The only thing I would recommend is darkening shades for the front bedroom overlooking the parking lot. It was bright even in the early morning. Overall, it was a beautiful place. And the location was perfect! Close to Starbucks, shopping and all the restaurants. Will definitely recommend and come back again.

Fantastic beach front vacation!

Booking this property was easy & we had a wonderful beach vacation! This is probably the best overall accommodations I’ve stayed at in Destin. The pool and hot tub were sunny and just steps away from the beach. The outdoor grills didn’t work great and I wish beach chairs were included, but this didn’t take away from our vacation. I would stay here again & would recommend to friends & family!

Great Stay in a Great Location

We had a great family vacation at this beautiful condo. The place was immaculate and well taken care of. The beach was beautiful, the pool was great, and the location of this condo could not be better. We are already planning to go back!

Everything was amazing from checkin to checkout! Highly recommend, especially for larger groups so much space. Very cozy and comfortable home, will be staying again my next trip!

We had an easy check in. It's in a very central location. Lots 9f access to shops and resteraunts nearby. The condo is spacious and well-appointed. Beaches are amazing and beautiful. Plus right oustide the building. We loved being able to rent umbrellas and chairs. Process was very easy. Thanks for a great and comfotable place to land after being out to play all day.

Nice getaway

It was a good size for our large group. Only 2 complaints…the king suite off the front door desperately needs curtains. Between the parking lot lights & the sun, it is very bright in that room all night long. Also all of the bed pillows are very flat, so bring your own. Other than that, it was a great stay!

Great family spot!

Wonderful views with easy access to pool and beach for the kiddos. Condo did have beach supplies (boogie board, sand toys, balls) which was an added bonus. The place was spacious, clean, and very cute. The kitchen is also nice for cooking in with grills to the side of the building that we cleaned daily by the condo staff. Would go back!

Destin Getaway

The condo was spacious, clean and well kept. There was plenty of room for 4 adults and an infant. The beds were comfortable, there was a good amount of utensils, appliances etc in the kitchen. The view of the beach was fabulous! We didn’t try the pool or hot tub as it was unseasonably cold but they looked nice. We would definitely stay again!

Amazing!!

The overall experience was perfect ! The pic doesn’t do any justice. It is soo much better in person. The home decor was a 10 out of 10! The bed was perfect, it was not hard it was plushy. I will definitely come back we enjoyed the stay and Ms Angie was very helpful as well ! Beautiful place !!

We've stayed in many condos in Florida during our annual family vacations, and this was by far the best. Why? Because the furniture was in good condition as well as the mattresses on all of the beds. The unit was decorated nicely and was clean. The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans, dishes/glassware, and utensils. All appliances as well as counter top appliances worked great. Obviously, you assume all of those things I just mentioned are supposed to be the case when you rent a VRBO, but that's not always the case and that's why we really liked this unit. The communication between the owner/owner rep was top notch. Any questions were answered very quickly and they were very nice. The location of this unit is in a perfect. We could get from point A to point B within 5-15 mins of anything we wanted to do. Tons of restaurants, activities and shopping were so close by. The actual building itself (Jade East) was nicely landscaped and manicured. The grounds and pool were kept clean at all times. Trash cans were never full/overflowing from the buildings outside cans. A new elevator was put into service the week we were there and it was awesome! Our family decided that we would probably return to this property for our family vacation next year!

Mixed experience

We recently stayed at a vacation rental in Destin, FL, from July 23 to July 30, 2024, and had a mixed experience. There were many positives to our stay. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the beach and a quick 10-minute drive to the Destin Harbor Boardwalk. There are also grocery stores, restaurants, and pharmacies conveniently nearby. The views from the balcony and master bedroom were absolutely stunning, offering a beautiful panorama of the beach and ocean. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the beds were very comfortable. We especially appreciated the master bathroom, which was nicely updated and modern. However, there were some drawbacks. The other two bathrooms were quite outdated, which was disappointing given the $808 per night rate (net of fees). We also encountered two giant cockroaches during our stay, which the property managers tried to downplay as "Palmetto bugs." While they did provide bait upon request at no charge, it's not something we expected to deal with at this price point. Lastly, while every room had a TV, the devices were slow and outdated, which again felt subpar for the cost of the rental. Overall, while the location and some amenities were excellent, the outdated features and unwelcome encounters with pests left us feeling that the rental did not fully meet the expectations set by its price.
