The pictures don’t do justice for how beautiful the condo and property are. Our entire stay was fantastic and the condo is VERY large! We had 5 adults and 3 children there and everyone had plenty of space. Definitely one of the best places we’ve ever stayed.

Everything was great! Great location to pretty much anything you need! Loved the balcony overlooking the ocean, steps away from the ocean! Only think was I needed more time there! :)

The condo was clean and had a great view. The owners responded promptly when we had an issue the first. There are beach chairs and umbrellas to use for the beach. However there are no beach towels or a wagon. This wasn’t a big issue for us because most of us brought towels and the walk to the beach is short. I would definitely stay there again.

We love staying at your condo when we walked in it looked glorious. Everything was as we expected very clean very pretty very easy access to everything. We’ll stay at this condo again if we ever get the chance, everyone was helpful and prompt with our questions. Everything was in good working order we didn’t have any issues. Thanks again for letting us use your unit. We were very pleased and appreciative of how clean it was.

Great property with great views.

We stayed for a quick weekday getaway, the residence was very nice and check in and out was pretty simple. Everything that was listed in the description was really accurate.

Stunning view

Everything was amazing from checkin to checkout! Highly recommend, especially for larger groups so much space. Very cozy and comfortable home, will be staying again my next trip!

Great Stay in a Great Location

We had a great family vacation at this beautiful condo. The place was immaculate and well taken care of. The beach was beautiful, the pool was great, and the location of this condo could not be better. We are already planning to go back!

Fantastic beach front vacation!

Booking this property was easy & we had a wonderful beach vacation! This is probably the best overall accommodations I’ve stayed at in Destin. The pool and hot tub were sunny and just steps away from the beach. The outdoor grills didn’t work great and I wish beach chairs were included, but this didn’t take away from our vacation. I would stay here again & would recommend to friends & family!

Great family spot!

Wonderful views with easy access to pool and beach for the kiddos. Condo did have beach supplies (boogie board, sand toys, balls) which was an added bonus. The place was spacious, clean, and very cute. The kitchen is also nice for cooking in with grills to the side of the building that we cleaned daily by the condo staff. Would go back!

WOW!! These views were absolutely stunning! As soon as we walked inside, we felt like the vacation began. The layout was perfect for a family. Low noise and really enjoyed all the kitchen items available. The only thing I would recommend is darkening shades for the front bedroom overlooking the parking lot. It was bright even in the early morning. Overall, it was a beautiful place. And the location was perfect! Close to Starbucks, shopping and all the restaurants. Will definitely recommend and come back again.

We had an easy check in. It's in a very central location. Lots 9f access to shops and resteraunts nearby. The condo is spacious and well-appointed. Beaches are amazing and beautiful. Plus right oustide the building. We loved being able to rent umbrellas and chairs. Process was very easy. Thanks for a great and comfotable place to land after being out to play all day.

Destin Getaway

The condo was spacious, clean and well kept. There was plenty of room for 4 adults and an infant. The beds were comfortable, there was a good amount of utensils, appliances etc in the kitchen. The view of the beach was fabulous! We didn’t try the pool or hot tub as it was unseasonably cold but they looked nice. We would definitely stay again!

Nice getaway

It was a good size for our large group. Only 2 complaints…the king suite off the front door desperately needs curtains. Between the parking lot lights & the sun, it is very bright in that room all night long. Also all of the bed pillows are very flat, so bring your own. Other than that, it was a great stay!

Amazing!!

The overall experience was perfect ! The pic doesn’t do any justice. It is soo much better in person. The home decor was a 10 out of 10! The bed was perfect, it was not hard it was plushy. I will definitely come back we enjoyed the stay and Ms Angie was very helpful as well ! Beautiful place !!

The property is exactly as pictured. It’s a wonderful place. We did have some small issues in the beginning (missing appliances, broken appliances) but they replaced immediately after we notified them. I’m giving it 4 stars because the listing did say that there were several beach towels, so I didn’t pack any and when we got there, there was none. I texted and was told they are not offered. I took a pic of the details where it was and they said they needed to update that. Also, there was dirty dish pans from a previous guest underneath all the pans. I put them in the dishwasher but that’s just yucky. It is a nice place to stay but really needs a good touch up/cleaning for the price.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review—we’re really glad to hear you found the property exactly as pictured and that you enjoyed your stay. We truly hope you were able to relax and make some great memories during your time there. We appreciate you bringing these items to our attention. Beachfront homes do see a lot of use, and small appliances—especially things like blenders—can wear down over time. I’m glad we were able to get a replacement to you quickly after you let us know, as that issue had not been reported by the previous guest. Regarding the cookware, we agree that’s not an ideal experience. While our housekeeping team works hard to maintain a high standard, they are human and occasionally something can be missed—especially if a previous guest put away an unclean item. We’ll be addressing this with the team to help prevent it moving forward. Thank you as well for pointing out the beach towel note. That section has now been corrected. We do mention in multiple areas of the listing and pre-arrival communication that beach towels are not provided, mainly because our cleaning service does not launder personal-use towels. In the past, this led to issues with unsanitary or missing items for incoming guests, so we made the decision to discontinue providing them. We appreciate your feedback—it helps us continue to improve—and we’re very glad to hear you still found it to be a wonderful place to stay. We’d love to host you again in the future.

We've stayed in many condos in Florida during our annual family vacations, and this was by far the best. Why? Because the furniture was in good condition as well as the mattresses on all of the beds. The unit was decorated nicely and was clean. The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans, dishes/glassware, and utensils. All appliances as well as counter top appliances worked great. Obviously, you assume all of those things I just mentioned are supposed to be the case when you rent a VRBO, but that's not always the case and that's why we really liked this unit. The communication between the owner/owner rep was top notch. Any questions were answered very quickly and they were very nice. The location of this unit is in a perfect. We could get from point A to point B within 5-15 mins of anything we wanted to do. Tons of restaurants, activities and shopping were so close by. The actual building itself (Jade East) was nicely landscaped and manicured. The grounds and pool were kept clean at all times. Trash cans were never full/overflowing from the buildings outside cans. A new elevator was put into service the week we were there and it was awesome! Our family decided that we would probably return to this property for our family vacation next year!

This condo was absolutely amazing and suited our trip so well! The view was stunning! The host was great to work with and responded to all of my questions in a timely manner. Highly recommend this condo to stay!! The private beach rules were confusing. You must make sure you set up any personal equipment behind chair rentals and cannot use a solbello beach umbrella.
