I am truly sorry for the discomfort and frustration you encountered during your stay—this is certainly not the experience we want for our guests. We understand how important a good night’s sleep and a clean, comfortable environment are, and I regret that we fell short in these areas. While mattress comfort can be subjective and we have only received one other similar concern, we take feedback like yours seriously. We are currently reviewing the condition of the mattresses with the owner. As management, we are not authorized to approve an expense of that size without owner approval, which is why there was a delay while we worked to reach them. I also sincerely apologize for the lack of timely follow-up regarding your refund. As it was the weekend, I did not have access to the necessary systems to provide you with accurate information, and I did not want to risk sharing incorrect details. However, I understand how frustrating that delay must have been, especially given your situation. Additionally, I am very sorry to hear about the cleanliness concerns you experienced. This is not in line with our standards, and we will be addressing this directly with our cleaning team. We truly appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention, as it helps us improve. I am very sorry again for your experience and the inconvenience caused.
