Our brand-new construction townhouse, located near Uptown Charlotte, offers 2336 sq ft of modern elegance, with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. High end finishes, all the amenities, and totally ideal for large groups. Welcome to your stylish Queen City getaway!

FRONT ENTRANCE
Park your cars in the driveway and enter through the gate to your private retreat. Be greeted by the large private yard, lovely covered patio complete with fire pit, and adirondack chairs for memorable hangouts and intimate conversations.

SMART LOCK
Let yourself in with the keypad and check-in anytime after 4pm.

MAIN FLOOR
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by the warmth of wood floors that extend throughout the open-concept living space. This great room opens up into the living room, kitchen, and formal dining areas, making the first floor the perfect setting for group hangouts.

LIVING ROOM
The centerpiece of the home is a beautiful fireplace adorned with a reclaimed wood mantle, providing a cozy ambiance that invites relaxation and connection. Mounted 65” Smart TV loaded will all the apps for your viewing pleasure. Large sectional plus extra comfortable seating so everyone in your group can be together around the fire and a movie - or maybe games are more your speed. We’ve got those, too! Decorative pillows and throw blankets make the space both comfortable and gorgeous!

KITCHEN
The kitchen, a chef's delight, is fully equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances and stocked with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. From pots and pans to utensils, our kitchen has it all. Coffee and tea aficionados will find their haven here, with complimentary provisions to start your day right.

HOT TUB
Step out the side door from your kitchen and find your very own hot tub! Always on and ready, the lovely hot tub for 4 sits under the starry sky and makes for the perfect end to your date exploring Charlotte.

DINING ROOM
The lovely dining room sits just off the kitchen and features a large wooden table with seating for 6 (find two other dining spots available at the large kitchen island). We have placemats if you’d like to set the table for a formal occasion or celebration.

UPSTAIRS
On the second floor of the home, you’ll find 3 bedrooms, a laundry room, and two full bathrooms.

MASTER BEDROOM W/ KING-SIZED BED
The spacious master bedroom is a true retreat, featuring an ensuite bathroom complete with large soaking tub and a walk-in large shower for the ultimate relaxation experience. The primary bedroom room also boasts a generously sized walk-in closet, ensuring that you have all the space you need to make yourself at home. Blackout curtains, overhead fan, and luxurious linens ensure a restful night’s rest. Big screen smart TV for watching your favorite shows from bed!

QUEEN BEDROOM
The queen bedroom overlooks the wooded backyard. Overhead fan, velvet blackout curtains, and soft linens for that perfect shut-eye. Closet and dresser in this room, too, if you’d like to unpack and get comfortable for your stay.

UPSTAIRS DOUBLE TWIN ROOM
A double twin room sits next the full bath in the hallway. This room, like the others, has blackout curtains and overhead fan for glorious sleep. You’ll also find extra blankets in the closet.

UPSTAIRS FULL BATHROOM
The second bathroom upstairs features a shower/tub combination. We provide complimentary toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

DOWNSTAIRS DOUBLE TWIN ROOM
The downstairs double twin room keeps pace with the other bedrooms, offering an overhead fan for air movement and blackout curtains for the best sleep. This room also has a desk with comfortable chair for a dedicated work space in case you need to work from home and enjoy the high speed internet.

OUTDOOR SPACE
The outdoor space consists in a large, fenced-in yard, front covered patio, and side yard complete with hot tub.

FENCED IN YARD
The spacious fenced-in front yard is a perfect spot for kids and pets to play. Bring out the cornhole for fun in the sun in Charlotte’s classically good weather!

OUTDOOR PATIO
The outdoor patio is a perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning sun or unwind in the evening breeze. Turn on the gas fire pit for an evening of relaxation.

The neighborhood is also one of the house's strengths. Tryon Hills is a forested residential neighborhood only 2 miles from Uptown Charlotte. You'll be near eclectic restaurants, performance venues, and other bohemian haunts, and just a short trip to Camp North End, NoDa, and many of Charlotte's favorite neighborhood delights. It's a great mix of quiet and tranquility during the night and proximity to night-time entertainment. Please remember that nightlife must be enjoyed outside of the house because we have a strict no parties policy.

A car is recommended but not required as Ubers and Lyfts are plentiful.

We welcome well-behaved pets but their vacations are subject to a pet fee of $100 and pet policy agreement. NO UNAUTHORIZED PETS. All pets must be registered. Failure to register your pet will result in a $200 unauthorized pet fee.

CANCELLATIONS
The cancellation policy applies to all bookings. An additional $150 cancellation fee will be charged to cover credit card processing and admin fees on all cancellations.

RENTER'S AGREEMENT
A signed renter's agreement is required for all reservations, as well as a picture of a government-issued photo ID and a picture of your credit card used to book showing only the last 4 digits and your name. This is to prevent credit card fraud and is meant to protect you as the renter and us as hosts.

DEPOSIT
We require a $300 deposit for each reservation, which will be processed 3 days before your arrival. As long as there is no unexpected damage to the home, deposits are automatically refunded in full in 7 days.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
This house is in a quiet residential neighborhood. There is a train track about 8 blocks away, so you may ocassionally hear the sound of trains as they pass.
