1. Guests acknowledge that they will keep their noise level to a minimum after 10:00 pm; sound will travel through the walls if too loud.

2. We welcome small, calm gatherings such as baby showers, family birthdays, and similar events. However, all events must be pre-approved in advance. Please provide details, including the number of guests and duration, for consideration. Large parties, loud gatherings, or disruptive events are strictly prohibited. Guests are responsible for ensuring all attendees respect house rules and neighborhood quiet hours.
No Events Without Approval: Events are not permitted unless pre-approved by the host before check-in. Unauthorized events may result in a $250+ penalty depending on damage and a cancellation of the reservation.

3. Guest must provide us with a valid working phone number & guests listed on the reservation must report to us within 2 hours from the time of arrival if anything in regards to cleanliness does not meet their standards so we can help address the situation as soon as possible.

4. Parking: Please park only in designated areas. Parking on the grass is not allowed.

5. No Unlisted Overnight Guests: All guests must be listed and approved before check-in. Unauthorized guests may result in a $250+ penalty depending on the situation.

6. NO SMOKING or use of fire permitted in the rental; guest acknowledges that no `smoking` includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and `use of fire` includes the lighting of candles, incense, or sage. A $250+ penalty will apply if an ozone machine is required to remove indoor smoke.

7. There can not be any more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any one time, violation could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund.

8. Late check-out fee of $50 (if not authorized) applies for check-outs after 11:00 am.
