Welcome to your ideal Old Town Retreat! 

This spacious condo offers 1,496 square feet of living space, providing you with ample room to relax and unwind. Featuring 3 cozy bedrooms, 2.5 pristine bathrooms, and a private patio + BBQ that's perfect for savoring tranquil moments.

Our condo can comfortably host up to 6 guests, ensuring a memorable stay for you and your loved ones. We understand that your furry friends are part of the family, which is why we are delighted to be a PET-FRIENDLY accommodation. For an additional fee of $100, you can bring your beloved pets along and have them enjoy this special experience with you.

However, we kindly ask that you be open and honest about bringing a pet. Transparency is essential to our operation, as it directly impacts our meticulous cleaning protocol. Our dedicated cleaner ensures that the space is impeccably sanitized for all guests. When a pet stays, additional cleaning is necessary, and this comes with an extra cost. We appreciate you being honest and upfront rather than finding out from our cleaner or seeing it on our ring camera later.

Relax and unwind in our inviting and spacious downstairs living area. This charming yet roomy space offers ample seating options, ensuring everyone can lounge in comfort. 

For your entertainment, we provide a Smart TV equipped with Roku, offering a world of streaming possibilities to satisfy your viewing desires. And to add an extra layer of fun to your gathering, there's a selection of engaging board games at your disposal, making this the perfect setting for quality time spent with friends and family.

★ Master Bedroom w/ Ensuite Bathroom ★ 
The Master Bedroom boasts an ensuite bathroom, ensuring your privacy and convenience. After a long day, you can unwind in the comfort of a plush queen-size bed, allowing you to rejuvenate in style. Additionally, a Smart TV is at your disposal ensuring that you can catch up on your favorite shows or stream movies to your heart's content. You'll also find a convenient bedroom closet, perfect for keeping your belongings organized during your stay. 

★ 2nd & 3rd Bedroom ★
A comfortable queen-sized bed awaits you. The 2 rooms are thoughtfully designed with a focus on grounding earth elements, creating a serene and peaceful atmosphere. A spacious bedroom closet is also at your disposal to neatly store your clothing and belongings. 

To enhance your relaxation and ensure a restful night's sleep, ALL of the bedroom offers aromatic therapy for you to enjoy. 

★ Bathrooms ★
In the hallway between the 3 bedrooms, you will find a full bathroom with a shower, sink area, and a toilet, there’s also a blow dryer in this bathroom. All of the bathrooms are complete with 1 shower towel per guest, 1 hand towel, and 1 black face towel per guest.

For stays longer than 5 days, additional towels per guest are provided. A hair dryer, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are also provided for your convenience.

★ Kitchen & Dining ★
The kitchen flows into a spacious, light-filled open concept, featuring a dining table for 6 seats. It is complete with all the tools you will need for cooking and eating at home. Basic kitchen ingredients such as salt, pepper, and olive oil are available. A dishwasher is available for use at your convenience.

Coffee will be provided for you to make by either a single K cup, a pot, or French press.

★ Patio + BBQ Area ★ 
Whether you're looking to unwind after a long day or kickstart your morning with a breath of fresh air, our expansive patio complete with a BBQ grill is your ideal haven for tranquil seclusion. Step into a world of relaxation and serenity as you bask in the open spaces, allowing you to embrace the perfect blend of leisure and the great outdoors.

★ Pool ★
Just steps away from the pool, you'll have access to the condo's shared pool area. The hours are 7 AM to 10 PM. Children 16 and under should be supervised. The key will be in the binder.

★ Laundry Facility ★
There's a washer and dryer that's available for you to use at any point during your stay. Detergent is provided.

★ CANCELLATION ★
Should you choose to cancel your reservation, please note that we will adhere to the cancellation policy, and a refund will be promptly initiated. Kindly be aware of a 3% deduction to cover processing fees.

NOTE:
Refunds won't be offered for sightings of bugs outside or inside the property. This is common in Arizona due to the seasonal nature of bug activity.
- No Shoes: Please remove your shoes upon entering the home.

- No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking or vaping (including marijuana and tobacco) are NOT allowed inside or on the patio. A $500 fee applies for any evidence of smoking.

- No Mailing Packages: Do NOT send or receive packages at the property.

- No Excessive Guests: Additional guests NOT on the reservation require approval and will incur a $50 fee per guest.

- Report Damages: If anything breaks, notify us immediately through the app with a photo. Failure to report damages will result in a $150 fine plus repair costs.

- No Parties: No parties inside or outside the property since this is a quiet residential neighborhood. Noise must be minimal after 9:00 PM - 7AM. Violating this will result in the termination of your reservation.

- Noise & Security: Violation of the noise ordinance or tampering with security devices will lead to immediate reservation termination with NO refund and a $500 fine with possible legal action.

- Excessive Cleaning: $100 fee if the property is left with excessive trash.

- Keep Doors Closed: Refunds won't be offered for sightings of bugs outside or inside the property. This is common in Arizona due to the seasonal nature of bug activity.
