This condo offers a LARGE Gulf front Master Suite, with a walk in shower, a spacious guest room, - fully furnished and rental equipped. Upgrades include tile floors throughout the main living areas and updated cabinetry in the bathrooms Gulf Dunes boasts 425' of Gulf front, 2 swimming pools (1 seasonally heated), tennis courts, BBQ area and exercise room.

The sleeping arrangements in this unit are as follows: master bedroom - 1 king bed, 2nd bedroom - 1 king bed, 3rd bedroom bunk beds - NO CLOSET IN THIS ROOM. Sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit sleeps 8.

The condo is exactly as shown. Amazing view. Walking distance to restaurants. Clean. Updated. Walking distance to the beach where a chair and umbrella are waiting for you.

Great condo

This unit in Gulf Dunes is so nice. It was fairly clean, probably could have been swept a little better as it felt like there was sand on the floor. There was plenty of space, the unit was well furnished, check in was a breeze and communication with the management company was excellent. We will no doubt be renting this unit again in the future.

May getaway

Reviewer Comments: All in all very nice rental, only exception is we found trash, empty cans and a sexual lube under the secondary bed when we were checking to make sure nothing was under the bed upon departure. Housekeeping should check under beds when cleaning.

Perfect Location

This property was very conveniently located and had a beautiful view. The unit was very clean which was extremely important to us. Management was very easy to reach and came immediately when we had a problem with the garbage disposal. My only disappointment was that the pictures showed very thick cushions on the patio furniture and there were no cushions at all. The patio furniture was not comfortable to sit on so I just ran to target and bought my own cushion so I could enjoy my coffee watching the waves roll in. We would definitely stay here again.
