Worth the long ride

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great condo. Clean and plenty of towels and kitchen utensils. Beach set up was wonderful! Only knock is the parking lot needs paving.

Best location!

Being able to just walk to the beach was amazing, but also having the chairs and umbrella already there to reserve was a major plus! Very convenient and will be staying here again!!

Legacy Vacations had the best communication I have experienced for a rental. The condo was also the cleanest I’ve ever rented. Tips from my experience:If you sleep with a box fan, bring one, none on site. Plan to buy or bring all consumables for the kitchen (ie salt/pepper/sugar etc) Coffee machine has reusable filter so you won’t need paper filters2 beach chairs were in the unit, bring or plan to buy boogie boards, pool noodles etc. Bring an extra blanket or two, only the comforters on the beds for blankets. (One note, the master bedroom bed squeaks when you roll over, it was comfortable, but loud.)We traveled in September and never had to wait on the elevator and enjoyed the smaller complex, the pool is refreshing (slippery steps though, be careful), the beach is gorgeous. Plenty of walkable places to eat from this condo as well.

Great Stay in Fort Walton!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time at this property. Everything was updated, clean, and comfortable! We had the most perfect view of the ocean and our condo was fully equipped for a great stay. We were able to get any answers we needed quickly and were able to have such a relaxing week. The beds were particularly comfy, too, which we loved! Location was perfect. Beach area wasn’t overcrowded and we were able to get everything we needed quickly. Great restaurants and fun all around the location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our first time staying here and it couldn't have been any better! The condo, the view, the location - all Perfect! Recently renovated, and had everything we needed there just as described. The view from the balcony is stunning and the ease of getting to the pool and beach was very convenient. The staff were very friendly and accommodating with a special thanks to Cullen on the main desk who was very helpful whenever we had any questions. We would definitely recommend this to all family and friends and would love to stay here again!
