The Dock Makes The House

It was our second year renting here. It's pricey, but the dock alone softens the financial impact with the beautiful sunsets, a large space for our family to gather, and a private location. The house does not offer a lot inside for the price. It's a strange layout in some ways, with not a lot of comforts (had to go to Walmart the first night to get blankets!), but it's a great location and we had a wonderful time. I will say, the basement where the washer dryer area is treacherous to get to, and probably should be inaccessible to guests. But we love Thompson Lake, and finding places where our family can all be together is not easy to do.
