Want to truly relax? Spend time at a fully furnished home away from home surrounded by Little Sebago Lake.

Located on a peninsula, this beautiful camp sleeps twelve and has 1.5 baths. With the waterfront right outside, you can experience a quiet canoe ride or race to the float for a good swim. Between swims you can go for a healthy bike ride on beautiful trails or just relax inside with a board game or puzzle.

At night, enjoy a relaxing fire in the firepit using all the wood you need provided on site.

Here for an extended stay and want to see even more of Maine? The Atlantic Ocean is less than 60 miles away along with several amusement parks & our famous Pier Fries in Old Orchard Beach. Portland is 42 miles away and is the home of up & coming breweries as well as acclaimed restaurants.

This peaceful camp is just what you need to refresh from your hectic life!

Amazing property and location! Topped only by the owners, Robert and BJ ensuring access to many of the extras usually one needs to bring; games, kayaks, canoes, floats, seating areas, firepit, etc. Owners very quick to respond. Would happily rent from them again!

We had a great week at this property. The camp was so well stocked it had everything you would ever need. The waterfront was gorgeous. When you sat on the porch the view was panoramic. My son brought his boat so we were able to explore the lake. The kids jumped off the rock and we anchored on a sand bar. We were three generations and there was something to do for everyone.

Cannot praise this location and the owners enough for their thoughtfulness around each detail. The cabin has everything we needed, including a large lobster pot. The canoes and kayaks, along with all of the yard games were enjoyed during our week. The sandy entrance was perfect, especially for our parents. Having linen and beach towels provided was also a huge plus. We kayaked to the “Big Rock” and made some wonderful new memories. Little Sebago is our favorite place and this was the absolute perfect rental.

Perfect location for lake life getaway

Adorable, clean and ready to “live” in for a great, relaxing getaway. It had all of the things to enjoy your stay. Cute, sandy beach with dock, kayaks for use, games to play and a big comfy couch. There were eight of us women who were all super impressed. We are already planning another stay!

Lakeside retreat

Absolutely loved this property. Perfect lakeside location. House had everything we needed for cooking and enjoying. My kids thoroughly enjoyed the hammock. We went out on the canoe multiple times and had a blast looking at the landscape. I would definitely stay again!

Perfect

Had a lovely time at the cabin. Very clean and everything you could possibly need was there. Great location, plenty stores and dining near by. It was quiet, loved the nighttime noises. WiFi worked great and my husband even caught a fish! Thanks for a real good time.

Perfect Lake House Vacation

The log cabin house was great. Very clean and open layout. The swings in the deck always had someone sitting in them! The beach/swimming area was great. Sandy and gradual depth. Very nice lake too. BJ, the owner was very quick to reply to any questions we had. Highly recommend this rental property.

The lake cabin

Magical stay on little Sebago. Quiet time of year. Wonderful fall foliage. Lovely cabin. Very clean. A little dark inside. Everything you would need in the kitchen. Just bring food and shampoo.

Our Maine Getaway

From start to finish this was an amazing getaway! The location is perfect. The lake & scenery was everything we were hoping for. The Cabin has all you need and more. We canoed, we swam & kayaked. The boys fished both off the dock and while kayaking. We made so many memories on this family trip. I highly recommend this property to all families looking for a truly unforgettable experience in Maine. The host is a prompt communicator and very accommodating. Thank you.

True to the description. If you want a lake front property with all the amenities you’ve got it with this one. Just pack your food and clothes, you’ll find everything else you need at the property, host has thought of everything. If you have a question you’ll get an answer promptly. Wonderful Vacation on Little Sebago

We had a great week at this beautiful cabin on Little Sebago Lake. We have been renting the past 3 years on another lake in NH that became unavailable & we were so happy to find a place to accommodate our family. We were extremely pleased with the beach & how shallow the water is up to the end of the dock. We have 4 young grandchildren 1 1/2 to 7, that had a blast & we could relax watching them play. The home was fully equipped with everything you can imagine you would need. The fishing was amazing, we caught so many BIG large mouth bass - one was over 4 lbs. We look forward to visiting again!

Little Sebago family vacation

This is a great spot to spend time with the family. Water access for young and old is fantastic. Shallow all the way to the end of the dock. If you want to jump or dive, there is a floating raft. The accommodations were awesome. Everything you need for cooking or enjoying the beach and water. Robert is a great communicator. Always responded almost immediately with any concerns we had. We will likely request to stay here in the future.

Beautiful spot on the lake

The house was really nice - “cabin” with all modern amenities and lots of space. Immediately Lakefront with spectacular setting. Big dock, raft (too chilly to swim), boats and a fire pit by the water’s edge. Very private. Mr Thayer was very helpful and clearly takes great pride in making the property beautiful. We will be back.

Love this lake house!

Great spot right in the lake with a private beach and swimming dock. The owner has everything on the property to provide the best vacation—grill, fire pit, kayaks, floaties. We enjoyed our week on little Sebago. This was our second time here—just had to come back for all the awesomeness!

Family friendly, attentive owner, and beautiful views

Absolutely amazing place for the family to enjoy! The place was cozy and had everything we needed and more! Enough space for the whole family to spread out. Fully equipped kitchen which allowed us to do all the cooking we needed. The fire pit was definitely a highlight and the favorite for the kids. Sadly we did not get to enjoy the water because it was so cold out, but we look forward to the opportunity to start again, during the summer, when it is warmer. The owner was incredibly helpful and very attentive, any questions I had he responded to them almost instantly. Definitely a spot to choose for the whole family to enjoy.

Great Lake House!

We had a fantastic stay! Listing was accurate, place was clean and well supplied, and the lake was beautiful. Hosts have provided everything you should need to feel like you're at home while away from home. We hope to be back again

We are Robert and Chandra Thayer from South Portland Maine. Local residential landlords we decided to take a new journey with this seasonal rental/vacation home that we purchased spring 2016. The first season on the lake was perfect! We love the cabin and the location on the lake. Vacationers throughout our first couple seasons were awesome and we enjoyed hearing that they to loved the cabin and the lake. Return trips are already booked.

Along with our two daughters now 11 and 15 we are already looking forward to the 2019 season.

Our close proximity of only 45 minutes Allows us to be hands on landlords. We will be available by email , phone, or text while vacationers are enjoying the cabin. We will personally visit the cabin between tenants and plan on using it for two weeks ourselves this summer season.

The location on the lake is second to none. The flat yard only inches above the water with sandy gradual entry is limited to a few lucky camps like ours. The feeling inside our log cabin is unique to the property. We own a Sheetrock home as many of our vacationers do and that's great for home but on the lake.... The log cabin feel is unbeatable!
