Tropical Paradise is your escape from it all! Newly renovated villa with private entrance and courtyard located in Pineapple Village adjacent to the Margaritaville resort. Condo has 24-hr a day gated security and is easy walking distance to 3 beaches (Coki beach, Sugar beach and Margaritaville beach). Your stay includes beach chairs, snorkel gear, beach towels and beach cooler! Full access to Pineapple Village pool as well as other Margaritaville resort amenities such as restaurants, bars, coffee shop, and water sports/surf shack…all without paying resort prices or extra fees. Located on the desirable East End near Redhook with easy ferry access for island hops to St John and beyond! Unit includes walk in shower, kitchenette, and king bed. The private courtyard is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee, evening glass of wine, or nighttime stargazing! If you have a larger group, we have 2 other condos next door to this one. Our stay at this property was exactly what we were looking for. The studio villa was clean and the patio area was very nice for morning coffee. It was in a great location and was very quiet and felt safe. The close proximity to Margaritaville made it convenient to catch a taxi. Also, we loved walking over to Sun and Sea Bar and Grill for cocktails and a bite to eat. We will keep Pineapple Villas in mind for future getaways!

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The food at the restaurants was amazing and reasonable. The beaches are in walking distance and a few minutes drive. Communication with the host and everyone down there was so enjoyable!

Relaxing and beautiful!

Loved the property! The theme of sea turtles was perfect for me, love turtles!Clean, pretty, and very comfortable! Short walk to Coki Point beach and loved how Margaritaville was right there. Taxi's knew right where Pineapple Village was so commuting was easy. I had a wonderful stay!

Fantastic vacation in St Thomas

The apartment was the perfect place for our vacation in St Thomas. We used the cute kitchen area to make our coffee and breakfast every morning. The shower was especially nice in a very clean bathroom. The proximity to the Margaritaville resort was so convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. The property is a Studio rental, meaning that it is one room with a bed and semi-kitchen, full fridge but only a hot plate for cooking; no BBQ. It is clean and recently refreshed with a nice, private patio to sip refreshments. The owners were very responsive to requests.

Thank you for staying with us and we’re glad you had fun. To be clear, we advertise the room as a studio with kitchenette… and we don’t advertise a BBQ either. Sorry the kitchenette didn’t meet your needs.

Great stay at Pineapple Village

We had a great stay at Pineapple Village. The unit we stayed in was very clean and easy to use. Everything functioned very well. There were a couple drawbacks. The area & beach was UNUSABLE due to the July/August sargassum seaweed problem with an extreme strong SMELL. Some beaches and coves on the Island don't experience this problem. It is very bad at Pineapple Village / Margaritaville, we couldn't even eat in their restaurant. The Pineapple pool was the best as it was a long way from the beach smell. Parking at Pineapple Village is terrible at best. Parking is over 100 yds from your unit. The usually loaded parking lot makes it another 100 yds. These 2 issues are not the fault of the owners but still a problem.

Excellent Apt. in a Quiet Part of St. Thomas

Karen and Rick have a nicely appointed studio unit next door to Margaritaville offering the best of both worlds. If you want to do your own thing and avoid the Parrotheads, it’s easy to grab taxis (via Margaritaville) to anywhere on St. Thomas. And if you want to join the bar/pool scene of Margaritaville, it’s all right there. Their spotless place is small and just right for two people. Everything is up to date and there’s even some snorkeling gear if you’re so inclined. Coki Beach is an easy walk, but the day we went it was overrun with cruise ship folks on a day trip - kind of overwhelming. Margaritaville has a shuttle to Sapphire Beach, which was outstanding. Overall, highly recommend Karen and Rick’s place - they’re very responsive and they helped to make our winter getaway a memorable one.

We were in a pinch due to weather back home and had to stay in St. Thomas a few extra days. We were so pleasantly surprised to find this cute little place! It was just what we needed. Karen & Rick responded to everything right away and were very helpful! I would definitely stay there again!We loved the location… just a few steps away from Margaritaville (where we originally staying, but they didn’t have vacancy for the extra 2 days). Just a short walk & I was able to grab an iced latte each morning at the coffee shop.

Rick and I grew up in Washington state and have had fun over the years completing numerous remodel projects while living on LakeTapps. We decided to find a way to combine our love of the water with our DIY nature, so we retired from our corporate jobs and made the move to beautiful St Thomas, USVI

We have previously vacationed in the USVI and fell in love with the tropical paradise! We were fortunate to find a condo project that met our needs…right location, right state of disrepair, and right price…so we purchased this unit in Pineapple Village to remodel. We’re grateful to live in the islands full time now and excited for travelers to visit and discover the beauty of the islands as we did.
