Enjoy private driveway and garage parking. Explore nearby Chattanooga or Knoxville, or adventure to the renowned Chilhowee/Ocoee rec areas. Welcome to your Cleveland home.
This 1,880 sq ft, home is located in North Cleveland's desirable Sequoia Trails neighborhood: tucked away behind the Home Depot and Bradley Square Mall, right off of the ever-expanding Paul Huff Parkway, and just minutes from so many of Cleveland's restaurants and shopping. A short walk through the neighborhood lands you right at the entrance to the Greenway, Cleveland's beautiful, largely wooded/shaded walking and recreation path that runs along Mouse Creek and extends all the way to Lee University/downtown Cleveland.

Spacious double-car garage with working visor remotes included for your vehicles and other storage.
There is a guest suite in the finished basement of this home that is rented as a separate VRBO listing. These guests cannot access the main part of this home nor the garage. Please be respectful/mindful towards the downstairs renters by adhering to the 8pm-8am quiet hours house rule.
For the safety and security of all guests, two outdoor security cameras have been installed on the property. One is mounted on the back corner of the house and points toward the backyard and patio. Another is at the front porch entrance of our home. In the event of a security situation, the camera can be used to look back and view recorded video.
We know firsthand how comfortable it is to have privacy and independence while staying in VRBO lodgings, so we're committed to giving that to you. We'll check in periodically throughout your stay via message to ensure there's nothing you need, though, and we hope you'll reach out to us the moment you have a request or concern.
