This single-family home enjoys a secluded enclosed backyard that is all about outdoor fun and relaxation! Enjoy a refreshing splash in the heated outdoor pool while the grilling master of the group treats everyone to delicious grilled burgers and hot dogs prepared on the gas grill. There is a poolside dining area where you can dine alfresco and unwind after swimming in the pool. Inside, the air-conditioned home boasts a beautifully decorated open floor plan. Spread out comfortably on any of the welcoming sofas and get ready for a tranquil and entertaining evening streaming your favorite shows on the smart TV. When you are not trying out the amazing local restaurants nearby, surprise your loved ones with delicious homemade meals prepared in the open kitchen. It's equipped with all the essentials, including stainless steel appliances and two coffee makers (drip and Keurig). Additional perks include a laundry room with a washer/dryer. The primary suite houses a smart TV, a cozy seating area, and an en suite bathroom. The second guest bedroom also features a smart TV and an en suite bathroom for added convenience.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Security camera details: This home has an active Doorbell camera that is able to record video and audio.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
