136 Beachwalk is a spacious updated first floor villa within the gated community of Shipyard. Just a 5 minute walk to Hilton Headā€™s famous white sand beaches, Van der Meer Tennis Center, and Sonesta Resort, it is located across the street from the community pool. Comfortable for up to 7 guests, the main bedroom features 1 King bed, with 1 Queen and 1 Full bed in the guest bedroom, plus a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Bright and inviting, the open floor plan provides a relaxing living /dining room area with an electric fireplace and plenty of room for you to create new vacation memories. Other features of this freshly painted home include: All new flooring throughout, a well-appointed kitchen with a dining nook, updated bathrooms each with a hand held shower head (including the newly tiled walk-in shower off the main suite). There is a full sized washer & dryer in the laundry area. The large deck overlooks a lagoon and the #6 fairway on the Shipyard golf course. There is also a gas grill located just off the deck. The Shipyard Golf Course offers a unique combination 9, 18, or 27 holes available for play. Just beyond the Shipyard gate, vacationers find a wide selection of other golf courses, restaurants, shopping venues and entertainment for all ages at Coligny Plaza and the new "Low Country Celebration Park" in that same area. Free wi-fi is also included.

Great property!

Our family of 7 absolutely LOVED staying at this property! The location and condo itself was exactly as described by VRBO. Check-in and check-out was super easy. The staff were extremely welcoming. The condo was very well stocked in all areas. We will definitely be staying here again!

Perfect location!!!

This property was perfect for our stay. We came for the beach and tennis, and we were within walking distance of both! The unit was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our week.

Spacious and convenient

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids) stayed at the unit for 4 weeks in July. The unit is better and bigger in person than in the pictures- both bedrooms are large, the beds are very comfortable, and the bathrooms are updated with good water pressure. The kitchen is fully stocked and the furniture is attractive and fairly comfortable in the living room (though the sleeper sofa is very creaky). The patio outside is relatively private with partial golf views and nice shade from the umbrella. It is 0.3 miles on a dedicated path to the beach and the pool is a 1 minute walk. The only issue at all is that it is a bottom unit and some upstairs renters were quite loud before 10pm, though almost everyone abides by quiet hours after 10pm. We would rent this comfortable, attractive, convenient unit again.

Very clean! I could hear people upstairs but could have just been because they had a little kid. Ice maker works great! good appliances. coffee pot AND Keurig! so helpful! They do have a lot of glass tables so something to think about with kids. loved the downstairs unit is easy to get in and out of and close parking. somewhat warm at night but we had a fan in the closet. not dark in the bedroom but we put a blanket over the curtain. lots of places to hang stuff to dry. shoe shortage at front door. kitchen well stocked. 6 minute walk to beach but easy path to get to and a nice walk. pool is nice and clean. will stay here again! loved shipyard!
