Completely Renovated Top Floor Villa Steps To Beach

Location, location, location! Our villa, Treetops at The Moorings, is in perhaps the best location within Palmetto Dunes - walking distance to the beach, the pool, Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center, The General Store and Restaurants, walking & biking trails (some which lead to Shelter Cove), dining and more.

Completely renovated 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom top floor villa located in the heart of Palmetto Dunes. Our unit features 2 private bedrooms on opposite sides of the villa, each with a private bath and balcony (also accessible from main living area). The master bedroom has 1 king bed, and the guest bedroom has 2 queen beds. Each bedroom has a full size dresser, large closet and TV with cable.

Separating the bedrooms is a large, open concept family/dining room and kitchen. The kitchen offers new stainless appliances, granite counters and beautiful hardwood cabinets, fully stocked to meet your vacation needs. The dining area has seating for 6, and the living room offers a modern beachy look with ample seating. A beautiful blue sofa anchors the room, with 3 additional side chairs and a large flat screen smart TV with cable, a DVD player and smart TV for streaming access. High speed internet available throughout villa.

Off of the main living area is a 1/2 bathroom, with a full size washer and dryer.

Newly installed flooring throughout entire villa. There is no carpet (however, we do have area rugs).

The complex pool is less than a 1 minute walk. The pool area offers tables, lounge chairs, outdoor shower and bathhouse. The pool is open March-October.

The villa is located in The Moorings complex, which is less than 150 steps to the beach. The Dune House Restaurant is located at the beach access point, and serves lunch and dinner seasonally, as well as offers public restrooms. Across from the complex are the largest of Palmetto Dunes' tennis courts (available to reserve for a fee), and the bike trails are easily accessible to take you throughout Palmetto Dunes as well as to Shelter Cove Marina and Shopping.

No matter what your favorite leisure activity is on the island, this outstanding villa offers easy access.

We keep/offer a few things at the villa so that you don't have to pack them, including: all bed linens and bath towels, a fully stocked family game/puzzle closet, two beach chairs with beach umbrella, booster seat with tray, and a pack-n-play (pack-n-play sheets not provided, please bring from home or contact owner to arrange). Beach towels are not provided and should be brought from home.

*We offer online booking, but require that a signed rental agreement and copy of Driver's License is returned to us within the 24 hour reservation approval window in order for reservation to be confirmed. Agreement will be emailed separately once online booking request is received. We hold a fully refundable security deposit of $350 through VRBO.
