On the slopes of Table Mountain, at the highest edge of Cape Town City Bowl, the house is nestled in a secluded green valley of Higgovale, stylish, wind protected and quiet residential neighborhood.
Set on 1000 sqm, blending with nature, the 3 levels overlook the city with spectacular panoramic views of Table Mountain, Devil’s peak, and the Hottentot-Holland Mountains in the distance.
Being minutes away from Kloof street, the city centre,waterfront and Cape Town most beautiful beaches, this sophisticated house with a zen-like feel all around is an oasis of calm, a bird paradise with multiple easy living areas and outdoor spaces to hang out (or work!) while being close enough to enjoy the vibe of Cape Town.
From every spot of the house, there is an eternal flow of natural light.
Starting in early morning watching the sunrise over the city and mountains till the end of the day when the moon rises, and the city lights come to life.
From the street entrance (in a quiet cul-de -sac) the first staircase will lead you to the spacious open living space of the main house (fully equipped kitchen, 8 seaters island, media lounge, pool table, cosy lounge). This space opens to various outside areas: a terrace with a dining table and a covered outside lounge, a sun protected patio with another table, a braai, and an herb garden.
From this level, a second staircase will lead you to 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a common work&play space with desks and lounge and a shared balcony.
The gem of the property rests on the top level that you access from the open living space through outside garden paths and wooden stairs.

Electricity: South Africa has been experiencing periods of load-shedding .This means that electricity goes off for periods of 2.5 hours at a time. We often know in advance when this will happen and there is an app you can download in order to ensure you know what times it will take place and plan your day accordingly (Load Shedding App : EskomSePush). We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause. This is, unfortunately, something that is out of our hands and governed by the South African Electricity providers. Accordingly, the owner shall not be liable for any refunds, compensation or discounts as a result of services being unavailable due to load shedding.
Noise Control: This villa is situated in a quiet residential area and we need to adhere to strict noise control measures implemented by the city council for this area. We therefore need you to understand and accept the following conditions:
1. No parties or events of any kind are to be held at the property.
2. No strong noise or music of any nature is allowed between 10pm and 7am during the week and between 11pm and 7am on week-ends.
3. No hooting or shouting in the street at any time (day and night).
Travel Insurance: It is imperative that you have adequate and fully comprehensive travel insurance including cancellation cover and cover for theft of personal items.
Groups: No groups of all solo travellers unless by request. No bachelor / bachelorette party groups permitted.
Children: Although we accept children at this property, there may still be child safety issues and concerns for guests with younger children, such as balconies, stairs,split level terraces and unfenced pool. Guests staying with children do so at their own risk and are urged to take all due care and attention during their stay.
