Everything about the house is just as the listing says. It is a beautiful house and property right on the water with excellent views upstairs and downstairs. We loved the openness and the windows all around that provided views of the lake from everywhere. We loved staying here and would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Great winter getaway

Spacious and modern 4 bedroom home with large common areas great for family groups to sprawl out, visited in winter and enjoyed ice fishing from the back door step

Kim was great and the house was perfect for what we needed. It was clean and large enough for the whole group. Definitely plan on coming back!

My family enjoyed three nights on the lake, with plenty of room to spread out upstairs and down, using all four bedrooms and glad to have two bathrooms. The views are wonderful, the living room seating very comfortable and the place was very clean. Some of us got out to swim or paddle, enjoyed walking nearby, and we had plenty of games for a rainy day and evenings. The kitchen had everything we needed but other places to eat are not far away. Check-in was easy and Kim’s communication was helpful and prompt. Thanks!

This cottage takes full advantage of the beautiful views. We appreciate that we can bring our pets. The owner was very responsive and we would love to say again sometime.

Perfect New Year's Getaway

The house is steps from the lake and has an amazing view of it from the living room and master bedroom. The kitchen is well appointed and the house is spacious enough for a medium sized group. Kim was very prompt with messaging and check-in and check-out went very smoothly. A good house for a group friends or a family.

A lovely home in a beautiful setting

We had a wonderful stay and the owner was helpful and responsive. We did not realize from the photos that the property has a main floor with two queen bedrooms, a bathroom - and wonderful, open living areas and dining area - and a downstairs with the king size bed, the bunk and queen bedroom, and a bathroom. The only thing that would have improved the stay was access to a washer and drier.

A wonderful family get-away!!

This is a wonderful rental property. The owners have gone out of their way to add all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. Our family has been coming to the lake for almost 20 years and this property has been our favorite by far! I think this coming year will be our 8th at the camp. Quiet cove for swimming or lounging around on a float. Plenty of space inside and out. You wil not be disappointed!!

Beyond beautiful lake views!

We had such an amazing stay. We have family near by, but with so many of us coming up, we thought it would be better to have a bigger place we could all stay together. The house was so clean and beautiful. The views from the living room were beautiful. Any time spent in the house, was spent in the seating by those windows, even the kids were in awe and loved looking for ducks on the water. The neighbors next door were so sweet and had the cutest dog. Thank you again for an amazing stay! We wish there was availability this summer!

Absolutely great location! VERY nice house with super views, lots of wildlife sightings and everything needed for a relaxing vacation. One of the few very protected coves which made it a "no worry" place to dock our boat. VERY NICE!

Excellent host with a lake house that is right on the water. It cannot get better than this house

We loved our stay, great experience. Host was so helpful, she even mailed some of the thing that we forgot in the house.

Wonderful

I grew up near this lake and now reside in North Carolina. We rented this house to see family for Christmas. The place is wonderful. The owner text and asked if we we comfortable and it was supposed to snow so she offered to come shovel if her plow guy was late. Wonderful house.

Great place to stay !!!

This is a beautiful home - not just a house!! It felt so welcoming from the moment you stepped inside. Plenty of room inside to spread out and the outside view is just amazing. I would highly recommend staying here and the owner was great to work with for sure !!

Escape on the lake

Excellent modern property with lots of seating inside and out. Sheltered bay makes it ideal for swimming and kayaking. Full kitchen had everything we needed. Fully wired for internet and tv. Have already reserved a week for next year.

Great location

I have stayed on a few lakes in Vermont and this property is my favorite. The lake and dock offered a great swimming access. The water was calm for kayaking. The roads nearby were quiet for great bike rides. The house met all our needs and was well maintained.

Fantastic Local Getaway

We have rented on Lake St Catherine for about 12 years before coming across this place. This was our first time on the west side of the lake. Loved it! The house sits on a little side road off of West Lake, so no traffic to speak of. The landscaping outside of the house was absolutely beautiful. It is a "bird haven"! We loved watching the cardinals and orioles. Love the open floor plan on the main level. Plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was complete with everything we needed. An added bonus was good drinking water. The bedrooms are very roomy with beautiful views. The bathrooms are very nice. Loved the firepit! The swimming was good (not weedy) and has a swim platform. Lots of sunrise photos with the island and bridge in the background. Two nice kayaks to use so we didn't have to haul ours from home. 5 stars from us!

Weekend away with the boys

I joined my boyfriend and his best friends at this property for a long weekend getaway. This property is absolutely stunning, and has everything you would need to fully enjoy your stay in Vermont right at your finger tips. Friendly locals, extremely clean and well kept property. I can't say enough good things about this property, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Camp Cumagen💛

Amazing!

Absolutely incredible. The view is spectacular. You’re right on the water. Great hiking nearby. Kim was a wonderful host and checked in regularly while being responsive to our needs. Highly recommend!
