1100+ square foot cozy condo, with an ideal Scottsdale location near the 101 Freeway, close to shopping, restaurants, entertainment and recreation. The community offers resort-like amenities, with 2 swimming pools, one pool is water heated in the winter season, a fitness center, community and business center and covered parking. This two bedroom with king size beds are decorated with European and rustic southwestern styles, two bathroom, great room floor plan is complete with a fireplace, ceiling fans and access to a covered patio. Kitchen offers granite countertops, stainless appliances and breakfast bar with additional seating. The balcony overlooking a quite area of lush greens & a palm tree.

What's great about Scottsdale- The weather is always sunny and warm, so it is a great escape from the cold and harsh winters of Canada, the Midwest and North east. You can enjoy it in a variety of settings, whether you are hiking at McDowell Mountains during the spectacular sunsets, or having a relaxing time at the pool or dining out at a nice restaurant.

Wonderful Stay - Great Location

We truly enjoyed our time in Scottsdale and appreciated staying in this condo. The location is great for nearby shopping, easy access to 101, and quietness of the neighborhood. The unit shows its age a bit. Some suggestions have been shared with the owner.

Clean and comfortable

My husband and I spent two weeks here and enjoyed it. I wouldn't call it "fancy", but it was immaculate for our arrival. The beds were comfortable, the showers were good and the kitchen had very adequate supplies for cooking. We enjoyed having access to the pool and hot tub. The In-town property manager was prompt in answering our calls when we had questions. The location is great- very close to restaurants and grocery stores and easy access to get to anywhere in Scottsdale or Phoenix.

Positive but Upgrades Needed

Property was clean but a few items could be updated. Bigger TV, Microwave works but turn table doesn't rotate, dryer functions but dials hard to operate, towels worn thin. Overall a positve stay!

This review should be taken in the context of the relative old age of the guests as compared to previous guests ( TV screen is actually large enough and Dryer functioning properly). Though microwave and towels issues will be addressed to enhance the overall positive stay to excellent one. Thanks.

Convenient Scottsdale Location

We enjoyed our two week stay in Scottsdale. The owner and management company were timely in responding to our calls. It was not a "luxury" stay as many basic items were not stocked. We had to shop for items to stay in the condo. The management company did drop off light bulbs for us to replace. It was a nice stay but the little touches were not there.

Basic items were stocked, but did not meet this travelers expectations. Made the necessary adjustments based on this feedback to better serve future travelers.

Mechanical issues

The thermostat, AC & heat did Not work. The refrigerator did Not cool. Burned out light bulbs. Didn't know where to park. Luckily our rental did Not get towed away.

All the issues has been fixed. The reserved parking space number was given to them on the welcome letter that I send them, however they did not bother to read it carefully. The guests did not let us know about the heat and AC until the day before they were leaving also the fridge, had they let us know we would have gotten them fixed right away. The light bulbs are were in the laundry room maybe they did not see them.

Scottsdale stay

Overall this apartment was clean and met our needs. Certainly was in a good location in Scottsdale. It is listed as a luxury apartment and I don’t feel that it meets that qualification. The kitchen was well stocked. We were close to grocery stores and restaurants. The furniture and lighting was not updated. And I feel there could’ve been more lights especially in the bedroom. It was hard to find information That could’ve been useful especially the wi-Fi password and user name. And we had to make a couple of calls to find out this information. I think a card that has some useful information on it including this that is immediately available when you walk into the apartment would be helpful. Sam did communicate well with us. I did note that Sam has made changes into his apartmentBased on previous reviews. I would recommend this place first day. I do think it’s adequate And Sam was certainly responsive.

Comfortable, well located for getting to attractions, what we wanted to do.

The unit was comfortable, parking place was as indicated, supplies in the unit were fine. Washer and dryer in the unit are a plus. There were some things that were not in working order: the screen door to the patio would not close, the bedside lamp would not work in spite of a new bulb. The biggest problem was that the owner, when contacted a week before we were due, would not give details on how to get in, etc. When he did give that information the day before, he included the need for us as renters to get in touch with the insurance company and get a $79 property protection policy. We had paid HomeAway but now we are told only the renter could get the insurance, directly. BUT, they did not work on a Saturday so we had to wait until Monday. On Monday we learned we could not get the insurance because you have to get it before you are in the unit. Neither HomeAway nor the owner dealt with this using correct information. We have paid HomeAway $79 for this insurance, so we are owed that money. And the owner needs to deal with renters in a more timely way. We would not go through renting from him again, given all the time and lack of accurate information on this matter we went through.

I hope the guest will raise the rating from three stars to four stars. The reason behind this confusion is an error on behalf of the guests whom made a mistake during the reservation and paid in lieu of the property damage protection ($79.00) an amount of $4000.00 that the owner refunded immediately, then the owner requested the $79.00 property damage protection which was paid by the guests but unfortunately was not processed through the insurance company. I thank the guests for their efforts to contact the insurance company and hopefully things will go smoother next time.

Good location and comfortable beds!

This apartment was located very closed to a lot of store, restaurants and main highways, so that was great. It has everything you need for cooking and to make coffee. The apartment looks just like the pictures, the beds were very comfortable so that was great after long days of exploring the state. We had good sleep (my husband & son). Sam was great, communicating with her was easy and puntual. She answered every question I had even to the last minute. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Sam!

A nice rental

I initially struggled to find the info the get into the unit but finally found it. It was nice to have a kitchen and room for my husband, myself and 2 kids. The pool is close to the unit so that is nice and any neighbors or facility employees we came in contact with were friendly. We had some crazy wind while there and a window in the master bedroom must have a leak because it whistled all night. Something maybe the owner needs to look into. Otherwise it was a good spot for a warm vacation.

Excellent Scottsdale location

Easy process working with host and was open to our feedback. Great location for all things Scottsdale and beyond. Close to the 101 for easy access getting around. Condo is spacious with two king beds, two bathrooms and two large walk in closets. Community pools and hot tub areas are very nice.

Perfect getaway

This unit was perfect for our stay!! The unit was clean and supplied everything we needed. The neighborhood is extremely safe and perfect for those who enjoy going for a walk. The pool area was gorgeous and I wish we would have had the chance to use it. Next time! Because we definitely plan on being back. Thank you!

Clean property in a great location. Sam was helpful and had a local property agent. A couple of minor upgrades would be nice. This includes a new shower head in the master bedroom bathroom.

Beautiful apt. with balcony

Fully stocked apartment. Great views, excellent location. Beds were firm and supportive. Sam was very responsive when we had a question about anything. Very spacious and the pool area was great. Had an issue with the breaker going out for the washer and dryer. Kitchen and bathroom could have been cleaner. Overall, we were satisfied and would stay here again.
