--LIVING ROOM--

Stylish living room features a modular couch that can be rearranged to sleep another guest. There is also an air mattress to accommodate an additional guests.

--ENTERTAINMENT--

Enjoy the 42 inch, High Definition LED TV. The TV is attached to a blue ray player that can stream Hulu, Netflix, Youtube entertainment options. You can also play DVDs, CDs and Blue Ray DVDs. If you like, you can attach your laptop to the TV and use the TV as a large monitor. There is HIGH-SPEED INTERNET with WiFi access throughout.

--MAIN BEDROOM--

The main bedroom offers a firm, king plush top mattress. Wake up in the morning and open the glass doors to the back patio. Have your breakfast seated at a comfortable cushioned patio table set surrounded by exotic desert plants.

--SECOND BEDROOM--

The second bedroom has a firm, full-size mattress. Find an assortment of pillows for your stomach or side sleeper.

--BATHROOMS--

Each bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub, curved shower rods for extra shower space, granite counter-tops, and stocked with towels, q-tips, and cotton balls.

--ARTWORK--

Many of the original paintings were created by me, while some are from my private art collection.

--THE COMPLEX--

The complex is charming and well maintained with lush desert landscaping. Enjoy full access to two swimming pools and a jacuzzi. Lined with patio chairs and loungers, the main pool is heated year round to at least 75 degrees. Your condo is located in a grassy courtyard equally distanced between the two pool areas. Charcoal BBQ grills located throughout.

--DOGS--

Your hypo-allergenic furry friend is welcome if they are over 4 years old, a non-shedding breed (often poodle mix) and under18lbs. Tucked into the pocket of the complex is a private dog park with tiered balconies overlooking a green wash.

--BBQs--

There are community charcoal grills steps away from the back patio. Your condo is also furnished with an electric counter top grill and grilling utensils. Your outdoor electric BBQ and private propane-BBQ on the patio is entirely user mantained.

--PARKING--

Park in your own private garage. If your vehicle qualifies, you can also park in one of the many uncovered parking lots with a permit. There is also street parking just outisde of the complex.

--NEIGHBORHOOD--

This is a quiet complex tucked back into a cul-de-sac where a street ends. You can walk to a popular park nearby or drive around the corner to Fry's grocery store (Kroger) and Lowes Hardware. Shopping and nightlife is just a few miles away in Old Town Scottsdale. Or if you prefer, take the free neighborhood trolly that takes you to downtown Scottsdale.
