Lakefront Studio Condo~Step into the Lake at Spader Bay
Just steps from Lake Chelan's shore, this ground floor studio offers year-round Spader Bay views. Perfect for couples and small families, it features a Queen size Murphy bed, two twin pull-outs, a full bath, and a well-equipped kitchen. Enjoy the private beach, Olympic-sized pool, and nearby attractions with a 10-minute walk to town or a 5-minute drive to the water park. Pickle ball court and paddles!

This Lakefront Studio Condo is a part of the small private community Spader Bay Condominiums. The unit is a ground floor end unit with a private patio and a large lawn between the unit and the lake. Put on your swimsuit and run to jump into the crystal-clear, Caribbean-blue glacier lake.
The Condominium Owners Association (COA) has strict rules in place for renters to preserve the property and ensure a peaceful stay for both owners and renters. Please review our house rules prior to sending your reservation request. Violators of COA rules may be asked to leave the property with no refund or may incur fines.
Property Location:
Spader Bay is a 0.70 mile walk (or 10-15 min) from downtown Chelan. Sidewalks and biking paths provide easy and safe access.
The properties amenities include:
-A private T-shaped dock and a swim-able jumping dock.
-Olympic-sized heated swimming pool with a kids' hot tub available from mid-May to October 1, situated right on the beach with a lake view.
-Year round adult only heated hot tub with lake views.
-Pickle ball court, first come, first serve.
-1,000 ft of sandy beach with kids swimming area, beautiful grassy picnic areas with BBQ’s and tables, and lawn furniture for grass only.
-On-site coin laundry close to the unit with additional showers and toilets in men’s and women’s locker rooms.
-Take a 10-15 minute walk to Vin de Luc winery or into town for dinner.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY:
The unit is best suited for 1-4 people (including infants and children). No exceptions. You will be asked to leave/cancel if your group is larger than 4.
The condo is set up as a studio (no separate bedroom), consists of 435 square feet and includes a full kitchen, full bathroom with tub, queen-sized Murphy bed (wall bed), and two twin pull out beds. The two twin pull out beds are in the beige sofa chairs. Twin bed pull out's are ideal for humans 5ft 7in and smaller.
Living Room:
Samsung TV w/WiFi with access to apps for your viewing pleasure. Dining table with two chairs and two large couch chairs with one admen. TV trays (2) for meals with a view.
Kitchen:
Full kitchen, refrigerator with bottom freezer, electric stove/oven, dishwasher, kerieg, drip coffee maker, pour over, blender, toaster, and everything else you could imagine.
Bathroom:
Full shower and bathtub and toilet in the same room. Sink and mirror located in a separate space making it convenient to get ready at the same time.
Parking space:
One space located right behind the unit up the stairs marked with the unit #. Additional parking located in the large parking lot by the managers office.
Resort fee: A $25/night resort fee is included in your nightly pricing. You will NOT be charged separately for this.
WIFI:
Fiber optic/high speed internet is provided.
BOATS/BUOYS:
Renters are allowed to bring one boat (less than 26'). Please review our house rules carefully and note that all renters who bring boats must follow all boat parking rules and provide proof of insurance, boat licenses, and pay an additional $100 fee to Spader Bay staff upon arrival.
PETS:
Renters are NOT allowed to bring pets on the property. No exceptions.
You have the whole studio unit and patio to yourself. Access to all Spader Bay amenities, pool (closed Oct 1st-May 15th) (adult hot tub 18 and over open year round) docks, pickleball court, play area and more! Please do not use any of the kayaks, boats, jet skis etc that you might see on the property. Those items are not for guest use. You are welcome to bring your own though.
Spader Bay is a close and quiet community. Most condos are occupied by their owners. Please be considerate of our neighbors. The guest no pet policy is strictly enforced. No additional guests are allowed on the property with your stay. This resort is very private and rules will be enforced up to termination of the rental agreement.
Check out: 11:00 AM - Follow all provided check out instructions. Housekeepers may arrive promptly at checkout time to prepare for next check in. Late checkout will incur $50 penalty per every 30 minutes beyond agreed checkout time.
