The living space is a haven of comfort, surrounded by picture windows offering panoramic mountain and river views. Unwind in the inviting living room splashed in natural light. *Please note the fireplace in this room is no longer operational.* Gather everyone around the dining table for 6 or pull up a stool at the bar seating for 4, which is seamlessly connected to the well-appointed kitchen. Need a cozy spot for movie nights? We've got you covered with a dedicated TV room adjacent to the great room.

Calm and Comfortable Bedrooms

With 4 bedrooms and 2 dens each with the ability to sleep 2 guests, this home welcomes up to 12 guests with open arms. No need for pillow fights over the best suite – three spacious bedrooms boast king beds and ensuite bathrooms, while a fourth bedroom offers 2 twin-sized beds. The den, with a king sleeper sofa, can be transformed into a fifth bedroom for additional flexibility. Those who like to sleep in should beware! These bedrooms are bright and invite the sunshine in thanks to large windows.

Den (3 steps up, first floor): Located adjacent to the living room, this room has a queen sized sleeper sofa. The room can be closed off entirely thanks to pocket doors. It has a full en suite bathroom with a tub and shower.

Bedroom 1 (upstairs): king bed and en suite bathroom with tub/shower combo.

Bedroom 2 (upstairs): 2 twin beds and detached bathroom with shower.

Bedroom 3 (downstairs): king bed, shares detached full bathroom with walk in shower with bedroom 4. Walk out to patio/hot tub/yard.

Bedroom 4 (downstairs): king bed, shares detached full bathroom with walk in shower with bedroom 3. Walk out to patio/hot tub/yard.

Bedroom 5 (first floor): king sized daybed. A full bathroom with shower is located directly next to this room.

Air Conditioning

Please note air conditioning units are located in 5 bedrooms. There is NOT air conditioning in the common areas.

Rental Agreement

All reservations are required to have a signed rental agreement on file with Vail Butler in order to be considered confirmed. Rental agreements will be reviewed and signed digitally. Depending upon the booking channel on which you reserved, this agreement is likely to be shared in a follow up email. .

Check in instructions and/or a home guide will be sent to guests via a text message link 72 and 24 hours prior to arrival. Guests must ensure a valid cell phone number is on file. Otherwise, check in instructions will not be received.
