*The HOA has scheduled a waterproofing project to the exterior of the building. This work is estimated to be completed in late summer 2025, weather permitting. Guests staying at Silver Beach Towers may experience temporary disruptions, including potential noise disturbance, closure of certain amenities, restricted access to balconies, and balcony furniture being brought indoors. RealJoy will work with guests affected by the construction to still ensure you have a 5- star stay.

Snowbird Season runs November thru February. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month).
