Perfect beach vacation!

Our stay was perfect! The pictures of the house don't do it justice. It was so spacious and comfortable. Bill was excellent to communicate with and we will definitely try to stay here again next year.

Beach vacation

Our family of 12 enjoyed our vacation so much. The house was spacious and perfect for our family. Easy and close access to the beach and the pool was greatly enjoyed by all! Would definitely book this house again.

Best vacation stay yet!

Our family was very pleased with this property. We very much appreciated the pool being cleaned while we were there. The house catered to all our family’s ages. The location is perfect. We will definitely book this property again next summer. Mr. Hampton was a wonderful host.

Wonderful Family Beach Week!

Our family of 6 adults and 2 children had a wonderful week at Surfside Beach. This property is even better than it advertises! Big bedrooms, everyone has a bathroom, porches, balconies, and the wonderful pool. It is a very short walk to the beach. Great communication with owner.

Great house and location!

The house was as advertised, clean, spacious for our family of 10, kitchen well stocked with all pans, utensils, etc. we needed, the pool was clean and used a lot! The walk to the beach was short-we did bring a wagon to load up all the kids stuff to take. Overall, it was a great week at Surfside with family!

Excellent Vacation Home

Everything you could want in a beach vacation home is here. It is as close to the beach as you can get without being directly on the waterfront; impeccably clean; comfortable and secure with ample parking plus a sparkling private pool. The photos do not show the updated family room furniture, but it is much better than what is pictured.

Hampton Inn

The place was beautiful and a great location. Bill, the owner was wonderful and his response in taking care of things was remarkable. The only disappointment was the grill. We had hoped to cook a few meals on it but it was in bad shape. Everything else was great and we definitely plan on going back again!

Great Stay at the “Hampton Inn”!

Our stay at this property was amazing! It’s a fantastic location just steps from the beach, and the convenience of having a our own pool was great. We had 12 family members stay here, and there was plenty of room for all of us. There were plenty of bedrooms, and the kitchen is well stocked. We made use of the grills on site too! Huge bonus! Bill was super speedy in his communication anytime we needed something. He made checking in and out easy for us. If you have a big group coming to the beach, this is the place!

Great location but house is disappointing

The house is in a great location steps from the beach & overall size of the house & living space was nice BUT there were issues, the pool wasn't clean upon arrival in fact it looked the best the day before we left when they cleaned it again. The beds were not comfortable mattress needs replaced & all the pillows were flat. The worse thing was the cheap owner put the pool pump on a timer which turned it off during afternoon hours & he did the same with the hot water tank - so get ready for cold showers AND none of this is mentioned anywhere so it's surprise time when you're on vacation.The house could e great if the owner wasn't so concerned with being so cheap and didn't put items on a timer & actually kept the house up.For what he charges for the rental I expected better & so should you.

We have rented homes in TX, AL, FL and now SC for vacations. Bill's property is by far the best of the bunch. The home was well stocked, you are a pitching wedge away from the beach, you are close to shopping, restaurants and bars and a private pool is an absolute game changer. Bill is great to communicate with. We noticed a leak on one on the toilets and immediately shut off the water supply suspecting a wax ring issue. Bill had a plumber out there to fix exactly what we suspected. Don't pass this property by......just don't book any dates we want :)

Well stocked kitchen, enjoyed the pool, close to beach access, clean house, wish it had a beach wagon to transport chairs etc to the beach. Would stay here again

Excellent house and area

This was the best vacation house we have ever experienced. Very clean and spacious. Well maintained. Grandkids comment “This is the best vacation day ever” Easy access to beach. Bill, owner, was quick to answer any questions. Definitely will be back.

Fantastic Place and Great Location

For a family with many different age groups, this place was perfect. Quiet yet close to everything we wanted to do and see. Couple hundred feet walk to the beach without all the public access issues and crowds. Great pool for before, after the beach and when the young ones just wanted to play in the pool. Plus having a pool without a 100 other people is great. Perfect size to relax and play in. The house was laid out perfectly. 4 BRs/3BA on top with 1BR/1BA on main. Just an overall great place. Also, the owner/property manager was helpful when needed and assisted if we had any questions. WE WILL BE GOING BACK. Thanks Tim

Very clean and close to the beach! The house had a really cool layout, We truly enjoyed our stay!

we had such a great time at ”the hampton inn”! The house was better than we expected! Awesome neighborhood! Just a hop skip and a jump to the beach, and the pool area was so nice! The kitchen was fully stocked! There was so much space for everyone and the open floor plan added to the easy living! The house was so clean. The screened in porches were perfect! And the owner, Bill was soo helpful and quick to respond when I bugged him with all my questions! We all had such a great time, i didn’t want to leave! Aaah the beach life, it was great. Can’t wait to go back again!

This home was just as it was advertised. It fit our vacation perfectly, we had plenty of room for all of us. The location was great a minute walk to the beach if that!! I would recommend to anyone and will certainly stay again.

Spacious, lovely beach home in Surfside

Bill, the house was lovely. Plenty of room for all 12 of us.. Adults, teens, kids and a baby. We had a great week... went to the Fishmonger and brought home fresh Mahi Mahi and shrimp. The house had everything we needed...thank you for a great home for our vacation. The pool was serviced 3 times, trash picked up twice, the grill gave a 2nd cooking option. Everyone had more than enough space, no one felt crowded or cramped. Great time for our families! Kitchen table roomy, great for night-time card and board games.

Surfside a great family area! Definetly a do over!

Thanks Bill, for a great place our family could meet and enjoy time together. Place is well maintained (pool was taken care of three times while we were there) bedding and towels delivered to your door step. We have babies and teenagers and all had a great time. Beach is close enough to walk to with little ones and for teenagers to get away on their own! Pool was just right for lounging around. Kitchen was well stocked; enough seating for all of us to enjoy dinners together; enough bathrooms for each family's privacy. LOVED the screened porches for the little ones to play on. Fishmonger at the end of the street has great FRESH sea food already cooked or take home and do yourself. We did both!

Great Place!

This was a great place for my family. The rooms are all very nice and clean and big. The pictures do not do this place justice. Loved the screened in porches with little kids running around, well stocked kitchen, and easy beach access, and close to RIver City at the pier--best place to eat. Having everything included in the price made it very easy to plan expenses too. Great place to stay, Bill. Thank you! It exceeded our expectations. We hope to stay here again.
