3 Bedroom, 2 Bath spacious Home with sweeping views from Estero Point to Morro Rock! Glass entry way, Open Living & Views from the Kitchen! An Outdoor Patio off the back. This 2nd story light and bright Morro Bay home has incredible ocean and rock views and is only a short 2 block walk to the beach. It is situated at the very end of north Morro Bay and next to Cayucos, near the Yerba Buena crosswalk which makes for easy beach access. The living quarters are situated upstairs to take advantage of the view, accessed by exterior stairs. It has a spacious living room, dining room and kitchen, along with 3 bedrooms, two of which open up to the roof top deck for outdoor dining and relaxation. The living room features a large sofa, flat screen TV, and a conversation area perfect to play games or just relax . The master bedroom has a queen bed with an additional twin bed, a tv, and an ensuite bathroom with a tub. The other two bedrooms have 2 twin beds, and a double bed, and share a tiled bathroom with tub/shower. The sun-filled foyer is a great place to catch a nap, or park your boogie boards, ready to hit the surf.

Great stay. Sharon was very responsive to messages. View from the living room is nice! We were able to see whales in the distance several times! And the food there on day 1 was helpful. Only thing I would say is that it seems like dogs do stay there on occasion, so if you have allergies just be aware of that.

Great views!

Awesome home, very clean. Cozy living area. We enjoyed our stay very much. Check in and out processes were easy. Will stay here again, hopefully soon!

Everything about this stay was amazing! Sharon is an incredible owner who lives nearby and takes amazing care of this place! She is reachable while you stay and even let us enjoy food staples she keeps at this spot. Great views, friendly neighbors, fabulous week. Highly recommend!!!

Great stay

This house was great. Very clean, great location, very practical. Easy to communicate with homeowner. Also the beds don’t squeak. In my experience I have been to many VRBO’s with squeaky beds that ruin your sleep. These beds were fantastic!

We enjoyed our stay so much!

My husband and I, and my sister, her partner, and our two grandkids, stayed at the property for 5 nights. The house was ultra-clean and the best equipped VRBO I’ve ever stayed in. Our host, Sharon, left food for our first breakfast and there were tons of staples in the pantry, refrigerator, and freezer that we could use. It was so nice to find ziplock bags, foil, etc. and not buy every little thing. Sharon also asked our grandkids sizes in advance, and had wet suits, boogie boards, towels and beach chairs waiting at the house for us. The house is just across the street from the beach so it was easy to get there. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms had plenty of towels ( with extras in the linen closet), and the back patio was so nice for relaxing at the end of the day. Sharon even found an electric grill for us to use during our stay. The grands are planning to stay there every summer! Part of the reason we chose this property were the rave reviews about Sharon. They were right!

Open Concept Home with a Great View

We were a bit concerned about being near the highway as we live in the country. Oh my gosh, everything about this property canceled any concern that we had. When we opened the door to the adorable light and airy entryway then entered the living area with the big windows with views of Morro Rock and the ocean then took in the open concept dining room, living room and kitchen we were so happy with our choice. After walking through the house to look at the bedrooms and bathrooms, all clean and well appointed, we came to the back deck. Such a bonus area! It doesn’t have an ocean view, but it’s got a table that seats 6 plus a sitting area with an outdoor sofa. The host provided English muffins, fresh bananas, waffles, and coffee pods for the Keurig plus told us we were welcome to any food in the refrigerator and pantry. For those as picky as us about our water, we were happy to see and use the Brita pitcher in the fridge. The kitchen was well stocked as were the bathrooms. We felt very comfortable and at home here. Should we decide to stay in Morro Bay again, this would be our first choice of places to stay. The host communicated with us often. We had no needs, but I’m sure if we did, they would have graciously taken care of us.

Above and Beyond all Expectations

We had a great time at our stay in Morro Bay. Sharon is beyond accommodating and made sure we were comfortable. The house is stocked as if you are at home which helped us settle right into our trip. The location is also superb. You can enjoy your coffee in the front room and see the rock and the ocean or you can head to the back patio and lounge in the quiet. Plus the beach is just a short walk away. We would stay here again in a heart beat if we return to Morro Bay.

Family get-away

This rental was the perfect fit for our family's needs, and Sharon was the quintessential host. The property was easy access and spotless upon arrival. The special touches that Sharon left made a lasting impression. We will definitely return.

Morro Bay/SLO visit

We had a great post-Thanksgiving beach getaway. The home is great, very clean and convenient and nice ocean view. Sharon is an amazing host and was super responsive and accommodating (breakfast items and coffee was very kind touch). We will definitely return next time we visit the central coast. Thank you, Sharon.

Wonderful Getaway

My sister and I wanted to do a mother/adult kids getaway and Sharon’s home was perfect. The pictures do not do it justice. The home was very comfortable, roomy, we’ll stocked and just a quick walk to the beach. Sharon was a great communicator and met all our needs. She has thought of everything you would need for your stay. We will definitely stay again. Thank you Sharon.

Best Girls trip

We enjoyed this house in Morro Bay for our girls trip so much. The house is open and there are plenty of beds and sitting areas. Sharon is amazing! The best house I’ve ever rented. She went above and beyond and provided little extras. She was kind and responsive. If you are looking for a great house at the ocean … you found it! I will definitely be back

An outstanding experience!

The place was everything the ad says it is and much more. The kitchen was unbelievably well stocked with just about anything one could wish for. We were very pleasantly surprised to find the kitchen and refrigerator was well stocked with everything we could possibly want for breakfast. There were also some other snack stuff. One member of our group was in communication with hour host, Sherry. He found her very responsive, friendly, and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend the place to anyone.

Great location, ocean views, lots of room

Two couples in our 50 headed over to Morro Bay for the weekend. We rented is beach house which was perfect! The house is above the three car garage which allows you to have great ocean views for the upstairs living space. You are high enough to see over the houses closer to the beach in front of you. The host was wonderful. She allowed for us to have s late check in since we didn’t know when we would be arriving. The house has three bedrooms.two on one side of the kitchen with a hall bath between them. The other bedroom was on the other side of the house with a bathroom. It has a huge living area with lots of seating and amazing ocean views. There is a large dining room table. The kitchen is large and well lit. The host even left coffee, snacks, and breakfast items for us to eat, which was a welcome surprise. The host responded quickly to phone calls and text messages. The house was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The location was very quite. We plan on renting this house again in the future.
