• Summer Season: From late June through Aug this home must be reserved from Friday to Friday.
However, closer to arrival (4-6 weeks) this policy may be relaxed so please enter your preferred dates to see if they are accepted or contact us directly with questions.
•Holiday Season: Reservations that include both Christmas and New Years may not be accepted, unless they are 10 days or longer. Reservation arrivals on Christmas Day may also not be accepted.
•These policies may be relaxed closer to arrival. Please contact us with questions.

• Ocean facing balcony accessible from the living room, watch the sand and surf and incredible sunrises and sunsets.
• Master bedroom features a queen bed and flat screen tv with dvd player with access to rear balcony
• Second bedroom has a queen bed and access to rear balcony.
• Rear balcony facing downtown Cayucos with a front row seat to any parades, including the famous 4th of July parade!
• The full bath is a jack and jill that connects to the 2 bedrooms, it features a shower/tub combination
• The loft area above the bedrooms is very large and serves as the third sleeping area with king bed with flat screen tv.
• Living room with large flat screen tv, tastefully decorated with extensive coastline views
• Gourmet kitchen with high end appliances and well stocked for cooking your favorites
• Dining area with large table and seating for 8
• Half bath off the living area. 
• Washer and dryer for guest use
• BBQ grill and seating on the front balcony.
• There is a 1 car garage available for guests, additional parking is on the street. 

This rental is only accessible by stairs, 1 flight to the main living level and 1 flight to the lofted bedroom. 

No Pets and No Smoking, this is strictly enforced.

Please note the garage is shared with the retail shop downstairs and the shop owners do move items in and out of the garage from time to time. They only have access to the garage and no other areas of the property and should not cause any disruption to your stay.

Checkout Requirements:
To help keep cleaning fees reasonable and prepare the home for the next guest, we ask that you complete a few basic tasks before departure. If these tasks are not completed, a fee of up to $200 may be added to your reservation.
URelax Vacation Rentals welcomes service animals recognized by the ADA (American Disabilities Act). In advance of a visit to any of our properties with a service animal, Management must be notified and once screened written approval will be issued. Unapproved animals on any of our properties are a violation of our contract and grounds for eviction.
