Richland Chambers Reservoir Lakefront Condo on First Floor with Outdoor Pool!

Escape to the peace and quiet of this beautiful lake and enjoy all it has to offer! The condo is located on the bottom floor so you can walk right over to the pool, the marina, or over to the restaurant to have a wonderful meal. It is an open floorplan with living, dining room, and kitchen all with windows overlooking the lake. There is a game table in the corner of the living room, and games under the TV. TV service is with Direct TV and currently WIFI is not available to us. It seems to be an ongoing issue with AT&T who are the only providers to the condos, we hope they are able to provide that service soon. Cell service is OK, and the previous tenant left a cell booster that works well. The kitchen is stocked with all you need to cook, just bring your groceries! There are 2 bedrooms, the master has a king bed and master bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a door into the bathroom, there is another doorway from that bathroom into the hallway so it is not a private bathroom for that bedroom. The sectional couch in the living room will make into a queen bed.
The Harbor Inn Marina usually has boat slips to rent ( I recommend calling ahead to reserve) if you bring your boat, or check with the marina to hire one of their great fishing guides!
Corsicana is a 20 minute easy drive for shopping or groceries. The lake is beautiful and generally calm in the evenings. You can sit on the patio and enjoy the boats coming in.
The renter must abide by the HOA rules which are provided in the condo, and provide a picture of their drivers license prior to arrival. The pool is a must in the hot summer, you must abide by the pool rules as this is home for many of the residents. Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions!
