The space features a 70-inch 4K LED TV, ultra-fast 1200MB WiFi, and seamlessly transitions into a double oven kitchen equipped with state-of-the-art appliances. Every room is furnished with 4K LED HD TVs for private viewing pleasure, while the master bedroom houses a king-size bed and boasts direct pool access for those relaxing afternoons.
The outdoors comes alive with a private pool area, complete with seating ideal for family barbecues or sun-soaked reading sessions. Commemorating the true spirit of Florida, we provide beach and pool essentials like towels, chairs, a tent, and even a wagon for your beach escapades.
Families with infants are accommodated with a pack-n-play and baby feeding chair available upon request. For convenience, the home includes access to a utility area equipped with a washer and dryer, with fresh towels, bathroom toiletries, and linens thoughtfully provided.
Placed near vibrant Miami and Fort Lauderdale, our tenants are ideally positioned to indulge in local dining, sports, attractions, and shows for the complete Florida experience. Despite our welcoming pets up to 35lbs, our home isn't wheelchair-accessible and observes quiet hours from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m.
