When you step inside this two-story, 3 bedroom, 3 bath, modern, mid-century custom home, you’ll see a beautifully appointed space with designer furnishings, modern décor, and abundant amenities. You will see stunning big skies and astonishing desert-forest landscape from the backyard which leads directly into the Coconino National Forest.

In your private, forest-edge backyard wonderland you have a high-end hot tub with umbrella shade, a hardwood, hybrid sauna (traditional stone and infrared), custom-built, wood enclosed cold plunge, and a custom-built outdoor shower that feels like you're in the forest. You can partake in these excellent outdoor amenities just for enjoyment or for true contrast therapy. For the exercise enthusiast, there is also an Echelon exercise bike with display and online programs as well as a dumbbell tree for your use.

The house features amazing forest and mountain views, skylights, as well as original artwork and sculptures by local artists inside and outside.

You’ll be treated to majestic red rock views of Thunder Mountain from the front rooms and front patio and to spectacular views of the forest and Sedona Airport Mesa Mountain from the living room, dining room, family room, upper and lower deck, and the backyard. Backed up onto the national forest, you are paces away from some of the most sought-after mountain biking and hiking trails of Sedona with direct access to Carroll Canyon Trail.

Whether your stay is for business or pleasure, you’ll find everything you need, such as fast 300mbps internet, allowing multiple users to enjoy gaming and streaming on your own devices or any of the 5 smart HDTVs located throughout the house. The fast internet also extends into front and back yards and all the way to the forest edge. There are also dedicated workspaces.

The living room and dining room feature bright, maplewood floors, cathedral ceilings, and floor-to-ceiling windows with impressive views of sandstone mountains and forest foliage. You’ll find amenities, like: stainless steel appliances, Mikasa dinnerware, crystal glassware, a Ninja blender, an Instapot, a pizza stone, an espresso machine coffee, tea, sugar, oil, and spices, and so much more.

Enjoy sunny daytime cooking under a skylight or switch to soft, decorative mood lighting for the evening. You can enjoy your meals at the chic dining room table, upper and lower patio seating, and forest-edge under a solar lit umbrella.

When you’re ready, the tastefully decorated living room with gorgeous views offers an inviting, comfortable setting to enjoy alone or with others. featuring designer furnishing, and a mounted, adjustable HDTV that can be seen from multiple angles. The picturesque windows lead to an amazing wraparound, upper deck with many features. There is also a telescope for amazing stargazing.

A wraparound deck offers serene and stunning scenic views, in all directions, and spectacular sunsets. Enjoy breakfast at a patio table for 2. Sip wine at dusk around a propane firepit with 4 comfortable chairs. Curl up with a book in a 1-person chair hammock. Follow the deck around the custom flagstone walkway to the front patio. Sit around an inviting table for 4 and enjoy views of Thunder Mountain under a massive canopy tree.

The master bedroom, upstairs, pulls you in with direct views of Thunder Mountain and ornamental plum trees. You will enjoy crisp bedding on a Beautyrest King bed, collectible mid-century modern furnishings; like a bed frame with integrated nightstands, atomic lamps, a sitting bench, a chest of drawers, and a chaise lounge you’ll want to dive into, a modern, remote-controlled ceiling fan, a mounted HDTV with Netflix and ability to cast from your devices, ample closet space that spans the length of the wall complete with spare linens, shelf space, terry cloth robes, a space heater, and a safe. The ensuite master bath features a custom floor to ceiling glass shower with dual shower heads, custom tile and stone décor, and includes ample storage and drawer space, as well as a bidet!

The second bedroom, upstairs, is designed with a Sedona rustic farmhouse motif with an original antique armoire and chest of drawers, designer nightstands and lamps, a comfortable queen bed, a large walk-in closet with wardrobe mirror, a space heater, and storage, a mounted HDTV with Netflix and ability to cast from your own devices. Enjoy woodsy views and Thunder Mountain from your windows. Down the hall you'll find the guest bathroom with designer lighting, a vanity, and a custom stone and tile tub with a dual showerhead, and a skylight.

If you peek into the hallway closet, you’ll find plenty of storage for jackets and an inviting basket with yoga mats and blocks. If you are bringing a little one, there is also a Pack ‘n Play, portable highchair, and a child safety gate. You’ll also find a clothing steamer, a portable, small-space heater & fan, and the RFID activation card and a Tesla adapter for the EV charger in the front of the house, should you need it.

As you head down the carpeted stairs, you’ll find the third bedroom with an earthy, warm feel featuring a comfy Sealy king bed with a solid walnut bed frame, matching designer nightstands and lamps, an original cherrywood chest of drawers, a spacious, mirrored wardrobe closet with extra pillows, and a space wall heater, a mounted HDTV with Netflix and ability to cast from your own devices.

Just outside the downstairs bedroom is a bright third bathroom that features a custom-built, all glass enclosed shower with a dual showerhead, custom cabinetry, and a sliding barn door.

Right nearby is a dedicated workspace with lighting, a WIFI printer, and ample outlets for your devices.

A few steps away, and for the convenience of downstairs family room gatherings, is a custom stone wall kitchenette with maple cabinetry. It is equipped with a designer bistro table and chairs, retro refrigerator and microwave, popcorn machine, a coffee and tea maker, and a full complement of silver, dinner and glassware.

You will find a private hot tub with numerous jets and mood lighting, facing the forest, a hybrid Sauna (traditional stone and Infrared), a custom-built cold plunge, a custom-built outdoor shower surrounded by a cactus garden, colorful wind spinners and desert/Sedona-themed sculptures, a cozy hammock on the forest edge, and corn hole and ladderball games for family fun. There are a variety of purposefully placed seating, each offering a unique view of your surroundings.

Walk down the stone pathway to the forest edge for a morning or afternoon hike. Mountain Bikers: from the backyard you can ride your mountain bike on one of many top mountain biking trails, including: Carol Canyon, Bandit, and Ridge trail, and from there access to Herkenham and Old Post trails. Sit on the 2-person bench swing and enjoy birdwatching at one of the 2 birdfeeders. Relax in the hot tub under an umbrella during the day. Enjoy the therapeutic benefits of going from the hot tub to the sauna to the cold plunge, and back to the hot tub, all in your own private setting in nature. Stargaze from the hot tub at night with mood lighting. Have a sunset meal next to the forest edge under a solar-lit umbrella!
