Music Row is one of the most iconic neighborhoods in Nashville. It's where all of your favorite celebrity musicians record the songs we know and love today! Some of the greatest stars in country music have even been inside these walls. Walking distance to bars, restaurants, shopping and live music.

Highly walkable area in the heart of Music Row. Only one mile to downtown Broadway bars & live music and 0.5 mile to Midtown bars & live - both walkable! Ubers are super quick and affordable as well. Free parking is available to you as well.
Only the number of guests listed with the reservation are allowed at the property at ALL times. This is monitored with outside cameras by a security company.

Great house, Great location

The property was very clean and modern. It was bright and open and easily accommodated the six adults our party. The location was within walking distance of coffee shops, restaurants and bars but still a quiet neighborhood. We really enjoyed our stay there. Our host was very easily contacted and responded promptly to any messages I sent.

Perfect Nashville Getaway

We really enjoyed this location. The house was spacious and in a really great area. Walkable to almost everything. There were renters above us which was a little irritating in the morning as they would be walking around early in the morning and it was pretty loud. Otherwise very enjoyable stay and we would stay here again!

Great Location to stay in Nashville

The location gives a nice quiet place in Music Row to stay. it is near the quieter restaurants and bars for the simpler times and an easy drive downtown to Broadway. The home is perfectly suited for our group of 5 but can easily see how 12 would work. Very pleased!!

Spacious quiet location just outside of the downtown scene.

Spent a long weekend here with 4 friends. The place is HUGE! Much bigger than we expected from the description. The beds were all comfortable and the place was very clean. We were about a 12-15 minute walk to some great restaurants and bars. Lyft was super easy and it took about 15 to 20 minutes to broadway with traffic. We highly recommend to anyone whoā€™s looking for a great time without the added cost of being on broadway.

Wow. This placed amazed my friends and I. Beautiful home, so much space for multiple people and a perfect location. If youre looking to stay in the city with a large party, this is the place for you. There were clean linens, towel, and even hygiene supplies! The beds were so comfy and all of my friends couldnt stop raving about how they would live there in a heartbeat.

GREAT STAY

My wife and our two adult sons came to Nashville for a short one night stay for business the next day. Although we didn't cook any food in the kitchen, the kitchen was spacious. This VRBO was very close to restaurants and close to where we needed to be for our business meeting. It was very clean, beds were extremely comfortable, the large TV was easy to watch and parking was safe and secure behind our building. If/when we are in Nashville again, we would like to stay here again. Thanks so much!
