Home Layout:
First Floor: Two king bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, garage access, and a fully equipped laundry room.
Second Floor: Primary bedroom with a king bed, en-suite bath, and direct access from your designated parking spot.
Third Floor: Open-concept kitchen, dining, and living areas with ocean views and a private balcony.
Important Details
Check-In:
All guests must complete our check-in forms before arrival. We also work with a third-party provider for optional damage protection and background checks—your privacy is fully respected.
Travel Insurance:
We recommend purchasing travel insurance, as our cancellation policy remains in effect regardless of circumstances.
Construction Notice:
There is ongoing construction next door (left side) that does not obstruct ocean views. While city noise ordinances are enforced, please be aware of potential daytime noise.

Sat: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
No work on Sundays

Checkout: Please check out on time to avoid additional charges; late checkout must be arranged in advance
• Safety equipment: Do not remove, cover, disable, or tamper with any smoke detectors or carbon-monoxide detectors. Tampering with life-safety devices is illegal and may carry fines up to $10,000. Any tampering will also result in immediate cancellation without refund plus the cost of repairs and associated fees.
• No smoking: Smoking, vaping, or burning incense or candles is not permitted inside the home at any time. Evidence of smoking will incur a smoke-remediation fee in addition to cleaning and any damages.
• Extra cleaning: An additional cleaning fee will be charged if the home is left excessively dirty. Examples include confetti or glitter, heavy staining, unattended trash or food waste, spills on rugs or upholstery, or excessive sand. Fees vary based on the condition and time required to restore the home.
Pet Policy
Pets are welcome with prior approval only.
Pre-Screening Required: Guests must provide pet breed, weight, and behavior details.
Allowed: 1 Pet: Must be pre-approved, under 25 lbs, and off furniture.
Not Allowed: Cats or other pets
Pet Fee: $375 per pet non-refundable (invoiced separately on Airbnb if applicable)
Pet House Rules:
No pets on furniture or beds
Pets must be house-trained and not left unattended unless crated
Guests must clean up after pets
Barking or disruptive noise may result in notification and/or charges
Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage or injury
Violations may result in added charges or booking cancellation without refund.

By booking, you agree to the house rules, accept responsibility for personal injuries, and acknowledge the host is not liable for items left behind. Guests consent to team entry with 12 hours’ notice for required maintenance.
