Step out onto the expansive private balcony and be captivated by the breathtaking views that stretch across the Zona Romántica and the ocean. This space offers quality outdoor furniture and a dining table with seating for up to 6, the perfect spot for enjoying your morning coffee, dining al fresco or enjoy a cocktail or a glass of wine as the sun sets over Puerto Vallarta.

👨‍🍳 KITCHEN
The gourmet kitchen with Italian cabinetry and bar seating is well-equipped. High-end European appliances include a full-sized refrigerator, 5-burner gas stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Everything you need to enjoy a home cooked meal is provided, with a full set of pots, pans, dishes, and utensils. The fridge features purified water and ice filtration along with another filtered water system at the kitchen sink.

The expansive primary bedroom is furnished with a plush king-sized memory foam bed, a large dresser for storage, an overhead fan, and blackout blinds for a restful night’s sleep. Also provided are a Sonos speaker, a white noise machine and ample USB & outlets on each nightstand.

The spa-like en-suite primary bathroom boasts a spacious walk-in rain shower, large backlit mirror, and a large dressing area with plenty of closet space and a safe for important documents or valuables. There’s motion sensored undercabinet lighting as night light feature. Includes bath & beach towels, blow dryer and toiletries.

🛌 SECOND BEDROOM / 👨‍💻 FLEX ROOM
The second bedroom is a versatile space in the front of the condo by balcony. This room can be completely enclosed by pulling out a movable wall, creating a private space with a queen size bed with memory foam topper, ample closets & storage, ample USB & outlets, white noise machine and blackout blinds. If the second bedroom is not needed, we recommend setting up the desk & workstation, this way you have the use of full front of the condo as living space.

🚿 HALL BATH
The second bathroom features a large walk-in rain shower, light up mirror, plentiful storage cabinets and includes bath & beach towels, blow dryer and toiletries.

🧺 LAUNDRY
Full size washer and dryer available during your stay with detergent.

Guest Access
This modern building features: 24-hour front desk attendants/security, keyless door entry, and private elevator for every 2 condos per floor and to the rooftop pool. All guests will receive a wristband as part of the building registration.

Please note that only registered guests can use the common areas (gym & pool). Visitors are allowed in the unit, after signing-in at the main lobby, with a maximum of 6 total in the unit.

**NEW BUILDING NOTICE**
Please be advised Soho PV is a brand-new building and there is still some ongoing construction noise during the day. Pricing has been adjusted to reflect the noise and that some building amenities are not yet completed: the rooftop restaurant and the gym sauna are set to open soon. Msg us for the latest update.

• Guests must comply with building rules and guidelines regarding quiet hours, pool & gym usage and will be required to agree to a condominium consent form at check-in. Any violation of the condominium rules may result in a fine of $100 USD or more.

• SohoPV is located in an urban area and on a highway. Guests will experience some highway noise during certain hours in the morning and evening, especially on the balcony. There are also bars and nightclubs nearby that may cause noise.
