This spectacular remodel is gorgeous! The upscale kitchen is fully equipped and features custom rustic alder cabinets by Heirloom Artisans, gorgeous granite countertops, stainless steel high-end appliances and tile flooring.

The elegant and warm living area is the ideal place to relax and unwind after a day of fun in the sun, and is tastefully furnished with a 42' LCD flat screen television with DVD component, cozy gas fireplace, and a queen size sofa sleeper, complete with a high quality memory foam topper. Enjoy the full sunset from a balcony that boasts whitewater/harbor views nine months out of the year(spring to fall), a private gas grill and tile counter-top, the ideal intimate setting for your evening meal, cocktail or coffee while you observe the colorful sky, ocean waves, surfers and harbor ships.

The guest suite features a luxury, top-of-the-line king mattress furnished with Tommy Bahaman bedding, a granite/rustic alder vanity with separate bathroom, and a 32ā€ LCD flat screen television with DVD component. Of course, high thread count linens, bedding, towels, beach towels and the like are fully provided. We even offer you free telephone service for local calls, a small printer and free high speed wireless internet access, encrypted for your protection.

Ours is a 1st floor, one bedroom luxury end unit within the building closest to the ocean and is fully stocked with Boogie boards, beach umbrella, ice chest/coolers, sand toys and beach chairs, plus a selection of popular board games. Coin-operated, laundry facilities feature top of the line machines and are available in our building. Moreover, our rental covers a designated parking space in a gated, underground parking garage close to our unit. Additional free parking is available on the complex if arrangements are made with the security office. No Smoking and No Pets - Strictly Enforced at all times!


North Coast Village

Located between the Oceanside Harbor and Oceanside Pier, the renowned resort-like community of North Coast Village proves to be a favorite vacation destination for couples and families from all over the world. 17.5 acres of lush tropical landscaping replete with waterfalls, fountains, fern grottoes, Koi ponds, wooden bridges and strolling paths will remind you of a Hawaiian tropical paradise. The beautifully landscaped complex consists of nine three-story buildings, gated and safe with security guards on site 24/7. Amenities include a fully equipped fitness center with dry saunas in each of the menā€™s and womenā€™s facilities, game room with billiards, clubhouse with kitchen, ping pong tables, putting green, Olympic size heated pool (one of two), a large lagoon style Jacuzzi (one of two) and a barbecue pavilion overlooking the pool. For those with physical challenges, we have elevator service, single level living with no steps and paved or wooden walkways which are easily wheelchair accessible for most of the complex.

The property was perfect!! Just a hop, skip and a jump to the beach! We parked and did not get back in our Jeep till it was time to leave! The condo was equipped with every thing needed for a beach vacation including a wagon with big tires for beach and bringing stuff in from garage! We will mist definitely stay again! The condo, ocean, harbor are just as beautiful as the pictures ... and better! The host's attention to detail - in addition to being readily available by phone to answer questions - is outstanding. The easy access to the beach, the north/south harbor, the pier - all within easy walking distance if desired - is perfect. From the balcony you see the beach and ocean are all just right there. The condo complex is beautiful; the landscaping is gorgeous. The host has nice surfboards, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels - all there to be used and enjoyed. Absolutely NO negatives.

We enjoyed the accommodations. No problem with this unit. A great place and great people. Great price. What we did not like was the harbor fog horn blasting all night, especially with the need for windows open. It was gradually like mental torture in trying to sleep. This is the game changer in our returning to Coastal Village in the future.

We love North Coast Village! We have stayed on this complex several times over the past 7 years and love it. Everyone is friendly and helpful and the facility is always clean. We have had good experiences every time we have stayed. The unit this time was beautiful and well stocked. There was everything you would have needed for a day at the beach and a comfortable place to relax at night. We would highly recommend this place!

Great for all ages

Owner provided excellent communication and was easily accessible for any questions. The property itself was ideal for all ages providing close proximity to all beach activities and central to pool, hot tub and games room. The unit was well stocked with anything you could need. The pillow topper for the pull out couch provide an extra comfortable sleep for our family with two teens! Only wish we could have stayed longer!

Amazing family vacation site!!

Thank you SO much for letting us rent your condo for the week... you gave us a great family vacation!! I planned this vacation with 8 other families, and this location was perfect for such a trip, we were all together yet had our own space! Although our family totally lucked out scoring your condo!! I can not tell you how much your attention to detail made our stay above and beyond compared to the others!! Between the amenities, supplies and all of the game gear you had stocked up we were prepared for any activity... it blew us all away! The location of the condo was perfect both for what the property had to offer and to town and all of the nearby activities and restaurants! I am pretty sure we all agreed this would be a repeat vacation!

If you want a cozy away from home condo on the beach then this is it! Dennis arranged everything so getting into NCV was easy and quick! The condo has beautiful furnishings and all the extras anyone would want to use! We loved having our coffee on the balcony in the mornings! The beach is in walking distance and watching the sunset from the remnants of a hurricane was just awesome! North Coast Village property is picture perfect with a beautiful pool and luscious green foliage everywhere! This was our first time staying at NCV and definantely won't be our last! Be sure to contact Dennis as you will want to stay in his condo for sure!

Most amazing condo EVER!

This was the best vacation we have EVER had!! Dennis has created a condo experience that is second to none. The beds were sooo comfortable and the decor was gorgeous! The entire condo was well stocked with all the amenities you could need including LOTS of towels and LOTS of beach towels. We loved the fact that there was a beach umbrella, chairs, mini golf clubs and balls, and the list goes on! Dennis has thought of everything you could need to make your vacation an amazing one. Our kids LOVED every moment of being in the condo and it was so nice to have such a great family unit available. We also loved the laundry service that was available in the condo building! Everything about this condo is 5 stars! We will be booking our next vacation for Summer 2015 right away! Thank you Dennis!

Cons: NONE!! Pros: Beautiful condo, kitchen had everything we needed, big comfortable bed, LR furniture also comfortable. Resort grounds are tropical with so many colorful blooming flowers. Condo is in the perfect spot, close to parking garage, steps/elevator, laundry room, pool, gym and game room. Pool is BIG with lots of chairs, biggest hot tub we have ever been in with plants and a waterfall that make you feel like you are in a jungle. Beach is a 3 min walk from door to putting chair and umbrella down, which are all supplied in condo. Across the bridge maybe a 1 mile walk North is the marina with so many restaurants. We stayed 8 nights and used our rental car 2 or 3 times. We ate at the marina for lunch and dinner. Happy with each meal we had at all the restaurants. Heading South walking 1 mile we found many restaurants and one day we jumped on the train and spent a day in San Diego. Walked all around the City and had lunch and dinner at roof top restaurants. Comfortable ride on the train. The owner Dennis was so helpful from the moment we booked our trip. We will be booking again in the future.

A hidden Gem in Oceanside - exceeded our expectations!

The listing for this condo was already appealing, but our stay truly exceeded expectations. From the start, Dennis (the owner) was incredibly thoughtful and responsive. A quick question about the coffee setup turned into a great, informative conversationā€”he genuinely cares about his guests.Upon arrival, we were blown away. The photos donā€™t do it justice, with a the tropical vibe, ocean-view balcony, and an overall ambiance that made us feel like we were in Hawaii. Watching surfers, sunrises, and sunsets the from the balcony was a highlight.Weā€™ve stayed in many condos, and this one is hands down the most well-stocked and comfortable. From plush bedding and towels to beach gear (chairs, boards, wagon), games (ping pong, foosball, putt-putt), and even a grill with extra propaneā€”Dennis thought of everything. The kitchen had every pot, pan, and spice we needed, and the closets were full of extras.The grounds felt like a tropical resort, lush and beautifully maintained. Check-in was a breeze and all the staff we met were friendly and accommodating.This condo has officially become our home base for future Oceanside visits. Dennis seemed to have thought of everything. The unit was well appointed, organized and beautifully decorated. His communication was timely, cordial and helpful in every respect. We came for R & R and this unit served our needs well. We have stayed in various units in this complex over the years, but this was my favorite in all respects.

My wife, two daughters and I first vacationed in North Coast Village fifteen years ago. We fell in love with the beach location with its proximity to our favorite San Diego attractions, so much so that we've returned every year since.

While we relax best while enjoying the sun and the surf, our daughters love the proximity to Legoland, Sea World and the San Diego Zoo. North Coast Village offers it all, plus the fantastic pool and spa. Honestly, it can't be beat.
