We loved our stay here! The beach was a minute walk away. The property was clean, quiet and had everything we needed. It was in a great location and very walkable. The host was also very communicative.

House was very clean, close walk to the beach. Loved strolling to the pier. Amazing beach accessories, beach chairs, umbrella, towels, cooler, wagon. 100% stay here again. The streets get pretty loud with music and vehicles, but it's something I expected being close to the beach!

Good location, about a minute walk to beach.A bit complicated check-in due to size of property that is managed under HOA.Multiple pools and hot-tub on site.P.S. dont use small and faulty toster, it will burn bread and trigger smoke detectors.

North Coast Village is a large oceanfront community, and while the size of the property offers many great amenities, it can sometimes take a little time for first-time guests to become familiar with the layout. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. This is our second time to stay in this condo.. it's perfect, only half a block to the beach, very comfy for our family of 6.. Had all the things we needed to enjoy our beach days. . Very responsive from the team to get things we needed, very clean upon arrival, easy check in and check out .. Will definitely be back

Reviewer Comments: We loved our little cottage rental- steps from the beach, parking was a breeze, pull the car right up to the back door to load the kids in, everything was well stocked and clean. My only regret is not having more time to take advantage of the community amenities which we discovered on our last night there because we had so many other things planned. 10/10 recommend.

The place is amazing. Honestly we have stayed at this property but not at A13. This was the best. The easy access to the beach made our days easy. We also loved this side of the resort. It was quiet and less busy. The grill was open to use and pool not busy. The actual place is lovely. It has great beach items and the kitchen was beautiful.I do want to add that the place had really nice TVs to watch and other amenities like the Wi-Fi were excellent. I also thought that they had a great variety of kitchen items. We cooked two of the nights we were there and we had everything that we needed. They also give you really good amount of towels and if you do need to wash anything or dry anything the laundry facility for that side of the community is just down the way making it really convenient. I only have two concerns: primary bed was too tall for me. I ended up sleeping in the twin beds. I’m 5-6. Also the primary restroom shower door is installed in a bad place. We noticed a smell and can see that the wood is getting warped in the restroom. I think there may be mold. It was noticeable when we got in, but once we turned the fan, it was fine.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved our state in A13 Surfbreak Cottage. We had two young kids, and this location could not be beat. Being on street level so we could easily load and unload through the patio was very convenient. The cottage was well-stocked, super clean, and comfortable. We will definitely be coming back in the future!
