NEIGHBORHOOD
This gorgeous two bedroom apartment is located in Union City, New Jersey. IT IS APPROX. 10 MINUTES AWAY FROM MIDTOWN MANHATTAN. It is right across the Lincoln Tunnel and the Hudson River. 3.26 MILES AWAY FROM PORT AUTHORITY BUS TERMINAL AND TIMES SQUARE AREA. IT IS EASIER AND FASTER TO COMMUTE TO MIDTOWN MANHATTAN FROM OUR LOCATION THAN SOME PLACES IN NEW YORK LIKE THE BRONX, BROOKLYN AND QUEENS.
- Walking distance to restaurants, supermarkets, banks, shops, groceries, bakeries, etc.

TRANSPORTATION
- It is 10 minutes away from Port Authority Bus Terminal / Times Square area
- Bus stop is almost at your door step
- Accessibility to pretty much every bus going into Manhattan
- EASIEST AND FASTEST WAY TO GO NEW YORK IS BY SHUTTLE BUSES AS THEY RUN 24 HOURS 7 DAYS A WEEK. ($3.00 one way)
- Going into to Manhattan, you can take any shuttle bus
The bus stop is a few feet away, almost in front of the apt.
-Coming back, you should take the ones OUTSIDE the Port Authority Bus Terminal ( IN FRONT OF THE NEW YORK TIMES BUILDING) with the sign that says PATERSON, they drop you off ONE BLOCK AWAY FROM THE APARTMENT.
