My place is steps away from Lincoln Park and Saint Peter's University. You’ll love it because of the views, the coziness, the high ceilings, and the location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids) and big groups.

Uber/Lyft pickup within 5 minutes or less, Citi bike rental nearby, Fastest public transportation route to NYC takes 30 minutes. TV and Wi-Fi.

Space
3 Bedrooms, Cozy Living Room with large bay windows, Dining Room, Kitchen w/ Park Views and full Bathroom. Apartment is located on the second floor. There are 4 beds, the sofa can sleep one person if needed. An additional queen size air mattress is also available. The apartment is kept immaculate and is cleaned after every guest. Fresh bedding and towels provided. Steps away from Lincoln Park where there is a Farmers Market every Sunday, Running/Walking Nature trail, and also a bike lane throughout the park. You can park on the street or overnight free parking in Lincoln Park.

You will have access to entire unit. On street parking is available during the day but fills up at night. However there is free overnight parking within Lincoln Park.

Neighborhood overview
Our house is located on the edge of Beautiful Lincoln Park. A very large place where you can enjoy a variety of leisure actives, from a morning jog or scenic walk to tennis, golf, cycling, basketball, baseball, football, soccer, picnicking, sunbathing, fishing (in the Hackensack River), bird watching, kayaking or even Pokemon Go! The West Side neighborhood, north of Lincoln Park, is a quiet residential district with small to medium shops on West Side Avenue, Duncan Avenue and Communipaw. These avenues contain delis (bodegas), supermarkets, convenience stores, laundromats, pizzerias, Asian fast food, Mcdonald's churches, pharmacies, bars, liquor stores, nail salon, and beauty parlors. Directly south of Lincoln Park, immediately west of Route 440 is Hudson Mall, which hosts large outlets like Old Navy, Staples, Chuck e Cheese, Marshall's, ToysRus, Gamestop, Big Lots, Lowes, Foot Locker, Pep Boys, Applebee's, Pizza Hunt, Popeyes, Taco bell, Hibachi Grill Buffet and even a small Movie Theater. For finer dining and more restaurant options you can take a very short 10 min car ride to nearby Grove Street where there are numerous trendy cafes, bars and hipster establishments to choose from such as Two Boots Pizza, Barcade or Tea NJ. Finally Liberty State Park, Exchange Place and the Hoboken Waterfront all contain the superior views of the NYC skyline and are well worth exploring.

Other things to note
If you are flying in, it is best to land in EWR (Newark International airport) it only takes around 10-15 minutes to reach the apartment by Taxi. If instead you plan to land in JFK or LGA airport, with New York City traffic it will take anywhere from one to two hours. Additionally we recommend guests to have the Uber or Lyft apps downloaded as it is super convenient for fast travel in New York City and Jersey City.

Additional rules
Absolutely no candles or smoking inside the apartment.
Any smoking in the apartment will incur an additional $300 fee for damages.

No extra guests are allowed to enter the apartment.
However, additional overnight guests may be allowed with some advance notice and a charged rate of $15 a night, per person.
Failure to follow this house rule may result in early termination of your stay and a negative review.

Please don't lose the keys to the apartment. Loss of keys will incur a $15 replacement cost.

Please remove outdoor shoes when entering the apartment.

Please do not flush any q-tips, tampons, sanitary napkins, paper towels, or any other foreign objects down the toilet.

If staying for multiple days, please collect and take out garbage and place in the bins outside the house.

Please turn off air conditioner, lights and other devices when leaving the house.

On check-out, please leave the apt how you found it, please pick up after yourselves.
