AGE REQUIREMENT:
Everyone must be 25 years or older. Families are welcome as long as children are accompanied with their parents and primary renters are 25 years or older. We do not accommodate bachelor parties, bachelorette parties, student groups or construction workers-NO EXCEPTIONS

BOAT SLIP INFORMATION:
One boat slip is included with this Retreat. Each Retreat can only accommodate one boat; no exceptions. Trailer parking is not available on property. Trailer parking and additional boat slips are available across the harbor at the City of Key West Marina. Please contact the dock masterā€™s office to make arrangements for trailer storage and/or additional boat slips at

Check in: 4PM - We do not guarantee an early check in request will be granted because we need to give the housekeepers time to ready the units for check-in, however, should your unit be ready early, we will notify you from this number that you can check-in. No units will be able to accommodate a check-in earlier than 12pm.

Check out: 10AM - We do not accommodate late check outs.

Items provided: All linens, bath towels and beach towels are provided for your convenience. You are provided an initial supply of bath soap, dish washing liquid, toilet paper, laundry detergent and paper towels. Additional supplies are the responsibility of the renter, or once the initial supply is used.

Reviewer Comments: We were given 2 different sets of information about where to park our truck and trailer and the phone number that was given was after hours number and it says to leave a message and you couldn't. I was given help by someone who worked for key time rental who was extremely helpful and polite but when he called Jessica she was rude to him and called me back with the same attitude and I was told that I was not told I could park my trailer at the marina. I will not stay with this company ever again due to the attitude and inability to help

Vacation/Spring Break Trip

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place is exactly as it looks in the pictures. It is an older unit but clean. It is a little over 1.5 miles to get to Duval Street so we Ubered there when we wanted to go back and forth which was very easy to do. The pool is heated and nice to hang out at in the evening. The pool gets the morning sun and is entirely shaded in the afternoon/evening so having it heated was very nice. When the wind kicks up the air temp can get chilly. There are pool towels in the rental so no need to bring any. The kitchen has very basis supplies so it you plan on cooking you will need to get some basics like seasoning (they only have salt and pepper and no PAM spray to prevent food from sticking). The management company (not the owner) can be a little intense. They sent us 3 text messages the morning of our departure starting at 8:30 a.m. to remind us that the check out time was 10:00 a.m. and then sent someone up before 10:00 to remind us to depart at 10:00 a.m. We checked out at 9:59 a.m. No need to remind us 3 times and send someone up prior to our check out time to chase us out prior to 10:00 a.m. Overall it was a good experience and I would recommend it as a place to stay. It is as advertised.

However, the unit above the one we were renting was being renovated all hours of the day -- including 1am, 2am, and 6am. It was extremely loud and kept us from getting much sleep. We did text the building manager and they said they'd take care of it -- which they did -- but as soon as the next day came, the person above us was hammering, sawing, and drilling again until the middle of the night. We even tried knocking on the door ourselves and the noisy neighbor ignored us.

The front bedroom was the coldest room in the place as it had a shaker unit in it. Had to keep the curtains/blinds closed at all times so the heat wouldn't make the place hotter which spoiled our view of the ocean. Thank goodness we had a balcony. Too many combinations to remember on everything. The place is and older building but well kept. Need to work on the a/c as it is VERY hot down there and didn't like walking into a hot room.

Keys 2021

The main property manager was very rude and harsh not only towards me but also towards my family including my teenage son. The property manager kept assuming my family and I were not following the rules: 3 examples The main property manager: a vehicle that was not register was not ours, family member that were staying there assumed that it was our family however the vehicle was not ours and the other family was not part of our group, and she honked her horn while my family was in her way. Manager was very unprofessional and rude. Unfortunately, we will not be staying there again. But the view and location to our your boat was perfect. The amenities and carpet are outdated; however, didnā€™t bother us.

The property is a mile from Duval Street. It has a great balcony, but the interior is old and worn out. For the price I would find something else. The place is located across the street from the Police and Fire Departments. We heard sirens at all times of the day. Not what we were looking for. Donā€™t expect late checkout. The owner sent us an email the day prior reminding us to be out at 10 am and followed that up with a call the next day at 9:45 am.
