This island retreat resides on a second-floor level off Duval St. for incredible convenience to everything (security cameras are located in the hallways of this complex). Tile floors and a vaulted, open Great Room with a flat screen TV create a welcoming space for your happy hour before hitting the town. Enjoy an updated and fully equipped kitchen featuring granite counters, stainless steel appliances and bar seating for 3.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS…
Totaling 2 bedrooms, this condo is equipped with 2 guest bedrooms to accommodate 4 people. Both rooms come with queen beds, closet space, ceiling fans and a shared bathroom featuring a shower/tub combination. One bedroom opens up to the outdoor balcony to catch your island breeze!

OUTDOOR LIVING…
Start your morning perched above an attractive, tropical courtyard area with your cup of coffee at the table for 2 while you plan the day’s activities. Make the most out of your vacation by being located in the heart of it all!

Parking...
Parking in the downtown area is a rarity but this gem features a parking space for a small to medium sized vehicle! Oversized SUVs and trucks will not fit.

PETS...
Pets are considered except for puppies or barking dogs. A pet fee is required.

The unit itself was as advertised and the staff was very responsive. It’s not the unit for a family however. The hours the neighbors kept made sleep impossible.

We loved it there and we WILL be back! The parking slot with the condo saved us!!!! The condo was very clean and cute as it can be! Plenty of room for the two of us and our two fur babies. RIGHT OFF DUVAL is the perfect name for it. We loved that it was near the Cuban Coffee Queen as well. Super convenient to everything we wanted to see and do. We can't wait to return!

Great location in the heart of Old Town. Lots of fun things to do & see within walking distance. Parked the car and didn't use it until we left the Keys. Good communication with our host - she was friendly, patient, and dropped everything to help us out. Overall great first trip to Key West, and thankful we had a nice place to stay at the end of a busy day. As for the roosters - this place is definitely something to crow about!

Location was great. The gate didn't work the whole time we were there. I only knocked off a star for the level of requirements to perform when checking out - run the dishwasher, strip the beds, take the trash to the curb, etc. It's a bit much for 1k per night.

Great location off Duval close to everything. From other reviews I was worried about water pressure but I was happy to find that was not a problem. Clean comfortable place with Plenty of room for two couples. One room has some late night noise from nearby bars and the roosters will tell you good morning. The other room was so quiet are friends slept in every morning. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to be right downtown
