Listen to the waves of Truro Bay from any bedroom in this fully equipped beachfront home while you enjoy a relaxing resort style vacation or weekend getaway. Here, you have the best of both worlds; a quiet private beach yet minutes from the hustle & bustle of P-Town via the local shuttle route.
The Space:
Whether you are looking for a couples retreat or family vacation, you’ll find just what you need with a large private outdoor deck, heated outdoor shower and beachfront privacy! The first floor living, kitchen, and dining are entirely open with plenty of room to relax and socialize, making this a perfect spot to connect with all of your loved ones.
Wake up to water views after a refreshing night's sleep on the new comfortable Simmons Beautyrest pillowtop mattresses in each bedroom. The first floor includes a large king bedroom master suite with a private full bathroom and 12 foot doors leading out to the deck. The first floor also has a second bathroom , and a den/study room with a pull out sleeper sofa. The second floor features three bedrooms two of which have queen beds (one with a private full bathroom), and a twin bedroom that can easily be set up as a king bedroom, if you wish.
For those bringing the whole family, this property includes a Graco Pack 'N Play Playard with a reversible napper and changer, to keep your smallest loved ones comfortable. Enjoy sitting on your own private beach where chairs or loungers await you, or unwind around the fire pit in your private courtyard. The south facing private waterfront deck is spacious and welcoming - the perfect spot for an outdoor dinner or just a relaxing afternoon. In the morning, take your coffee out to the front porch, and enjoy the views of Pilgrim Lake. Please reach out with any questions or to check on any special pricing.
The Neighborhood:
10 minute drive to beach, 3 miles east of Provincetown center. Hike the dunes, take in a whale-watch, visit the galleries of PTown, 18 holes at Truro's Highland Links Golf Course or stroll the village of Wellfleet searching for the perfect spot to slurp a dozen oysters.
Getting Around:
Easily drivable, bikeable, and conveniently located on the Provincetown shuttle route, which can take you to town every 30 minutes.
Other Things to Note:
This property is professionally managed by The Lexvest Group.
• Pet: This property does not permit pets.
• There is a $25 fee for any lost or unreturned keys.
• Smoking: all Lexvest properties are smoke-free. To respect the homeowner and other guests, smoking is strictly prohibited inside all buildings and within 50 yards of buildings and/or outdoor amenities. If you smoke, we reserve the right to charge a $1,000 smoke remediation fee.
• Coffee: We have both Keurig and drip coffee makers.
• Parties + Gatherings: due to local community rules and guidelines set by the owner, parties and gatherings with guests in excess of the maximum guest count are prohibited at this property. We cannot accommodate weddings, or any events with outdoor music, catering, excessive alcohol, etc. Any party or gathering is grounds for immediate termination of your stay and removal from the property with no refund.
• Drones and fireworks are prohibited on property.
• Cleaning: the property is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival. For longer stays, we require professional cleaning by our housekeepers every 2 weeks; guests can arrange and pay for this cleaning with the manager. Regardless of the length of stay, we reserve the right to assess fines for excessive cleaning, trash removal, and property damage.
• Rental Agreement: to ensure a safe and comfortable stay, the owners of this property require that all guests sign a Rental Agreement that clearly sets forth the terms and conditions of your stay. We send the Rental Agreement with your booking confirmation and we require your signature within 24 hours; we reserve the right to cancel your booking with a 15% cancellation fee if we do not receive a signed agreement.
• Guest Count: please reserve the property for the actual number of guests in your party; no additional guests are permitted without host approval. Guests may not sublet the property.
• No refunds: while we make every effort to ensure that the property and all amenities are available to guests during their stay, we make no guarantees and we do not refund guests for unavailable amenities; utility outages; weather, etc. We advise guests to exercise caution in inclement weather. Guests bear all responsibility for their safety and ability to access the property.
• Damage Waiver: to protect the property and its contents, we require guests to purchase an accidental damage waiver with $59 of coverage. Please report any damage immediately to us to avoid charges or responsibility for damage. Guests are responsible for any intentional damage, removal of items from the property, and any damage not covered by the Damage Waiver.
• Early Check-in / Late Check-out: during the busy summer season, it can be difficult to accommodate early check-in or late check-out. If you are interested in arriving early or departing late, please contact us in advice. If we are able to assist, we reserve the right to charge a small fee, which helps us recoup the cost of rescheduling cleaners.
We urge guests to pay close attention when enjoying nature, weather can change quickly and wild animals can be surprising. Because temperatures in the mountains can fluctuate widely, even in the height of summer, we recommend packing sweaters and light, cold-weather gear just in case. Depending on the activities you plan, we recommend packing hiking, running, swimming, horseback riding, and/or running gear. We also recommend that guests consider spraying clothes with Permethrin when walking outside, to help avoid ticks. In winter we recommend guests pack several layers of warm clothing and ensure that their vehicles are ready for potential snowfall. For other clothing, most all venues around are very casual.
