Welcome to the Sunset Bay House!

This extraordinary home is situated on the coastal heights of south Truro with sweeping panoramic views of cape cod bay and the pamet river valley. Perched on top of one of Truro's highest dune this Tuscany inspired home is nestled into its setting of beach plum and bearberry. The first floor's open layout includes a large kitchen, formal dining room, den/bedroom, living room and bright open hallways.

The second floor has 3 bedrooms all with King sized beds. Each of the three bedrooms features their own stunning views.

For extra sleeping two American leather couches are provided on the first floor that pull out into beds. The den turns into a private bedroom with a queen sized pull out bed. And the side living room has a king sized pull out bed (Both american leather couches).

Stroll down the path from your back door to your own private sandy beach and cool off in the refreshing bay. At the end of the day rinse off in the outdoor shower and enjoy stunning water views and watch the sun go down. Grill outside and dine under the grape draped pergola and sit back and enjoy the best sunset in Truro.
