Have It All Haven is located in the beautifully lush town of Fennville. Sprawling farmlands lead you to believe you are miles and miles away from civilization, when in fact you are mere minutes from some of the best culture Michigan has to offer! Conveniently located on Blue Star Highway (our main road here in Saugatuck), you can easily zip a mile up the road and land in the darling towns of Saugatuck & Douglas. These sister towns have a storied history of incredible beauty, divine cuisine, and a killer art scene. From small businesses that have been operating for decades to fresh, new pop-ups, there is something for everyone in this thriving cultural center voted Best Beach Town by Midwest Living Magazine.

The nearby Oval Beach is only 10 minutes away, and Conde Nast Traveler has ranked it in the top 25 best shorelines in the world! That's right, the WORLD! State-known hiking and biking trails fill the area, and gorgeous state parks with majestic forested dunes line the shoreline. There is no shortage of incredible offerings, no matter what you're into. Chill at the house and take in the peaceful surroundings, head into town for shopping and dining, hit the trails and immerse yourself in nature, or bask on one of the many beaches along the shoreline. We'll be right here waiting for you!

Have It All Haven is the perfect Michigan getaway! The home is situated on 3 sprawling acres and gives you the quintessential Michigan feel. With its long, partially gated drive that leads to the darling white exterior with green shutters, knotty pine walls, and exposed beams, showcases the interior of the home, making you feel right at home. This cottage truly has it all - cornhole, volleyball net, giant Jenga, firepit, hot tub, and televisions in every room! We are not short on fabulous amenities here: Enjoy luxurious bath products from Malin & Goetz, locally roasted coffee from Uncommon Ground (just around the corner!), hand-blended teas from Michigan tea company Fraser Teas, and a plethora of other essentials like olive oil & vinegar, flour & sugar, basic cooking spices, zip locks, tin foil, trash bags, TP, paper towel, dishwasher and laundry pods, the list goes on and on. This home will leave you wanting for nothing as you will already Have It All!

Have It All Haven is under a 5-minute drive to Saugatuck, Douglas, Fennville, Douglas Beach, and various Wineries/Breweries. Don't feel like driving? No problem there! The Saugatuck Township Interurban Transit Authority offers pick-ups and drop-offs for only $1 each way to anywhere in Saugatuck Township. Simply call in the moment or ahead and reserve a time and pick-up/drop-off location and your chariot awaits!

Want to venture out into the rest of Michigan's Art Coast? Downtown South Haven and Holland are only a 20-minute drive away and offer a whole different vibe filled with other activities to explore!

We love our pets! We invite you to bring up to 2 doggies.
Our pet fee is $145 and will include a Pet Basket for you to use during your stay: food and water bowls, waste bags, lavender pet shampoo, pet stain remover, puppy towel, and a little treat :) Woof Woof!
Please reach out at the time of booking so we can approve your doggy guest stay and prep the home for their arrival.

For your awareness, this home does have a Ring doorbell system with a camera that faces the west side of the property.

Cancellation Policy: We hope you never need to cancel your time away, but in the event that you do, guests are advised that any cancellation prior to 30 days will result in a $149 processing fee or 3.9% of the total reservation, whichever is greater. Cancellations between 14-30 days prior arrival date will result in a 50% forfeiture of total reservation plus $149 processing fee. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival date will result in a 100% forfeiture of the total reservation. Our Cancellation Policy may vary slightly from policies listed on third party booking platforms and will supersede the cancellation policies listed on those platforms. We recommend securing your trip with a travel insurance company should the need to cancel your reservation occur outside of the allotted window. (this is applicable for VRBO, Bookingdotcom, and Direct Bookings)
