24' Round above ground-ingound heated Pool, 4' 6" flat bottom, with built in Thermoplastic steps. (No Diving & Keep Your Children Safe) We have created a special gathering area for relaxing, water therapy, sunsets, and more for all guest. Make some priceless memories with family and love ones. Pool and Pickleball are seasonal (May 1st-October 31st)

Pickleball Grand Opening May 1 st October 31 st

Custom Pickleball Court has been added to our 32' x 45' pole barn. We had to customize the playing space. The pics are causing a flood of interest. Super excited to share what we've created. Seasonal (May 1st -October 31st) Due to garage doors staying open when playing. Unable to heat, sorry!

This 4200 Sq Ft. built in 2019 has 5 bedrooms 3 1/2 bathrooms, newly finished basement, fresh interior and exterior paint, with new flooring and more.. Sitting on top of 4 private and beautiful acres. The rear deck and patio area is perfect for cookouts, and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. Just a few steps from relaxing in the 7 person gazebo covered hot tub, with an additional sitting area as well. (Available year round)

Try finding one of these in Hocking Hills. Authentic 16' Tipi for all ages, that'll fit 7 to 10 people. You can also relax in our 2 hammocks, for all to enjoy. (The Tipi and Hammocks are seasonally available, May 1st -October 31st) Also with an inviting propane fire pit area, horseshoe pit, corn-hole, and some throwback tetherball. (Available year round)

We had a wonderful time here. House was perfect for our large family vacation and Chris was super helpful. Pickleball and pool were highlights and the house had absolutely everything you could need. Really great place and plenty of room for the 14 of us (all 16 and older). Loved the Speak Easy too. Great trails nearby as well!! Canā€™t say enough about this one of a kind property.

Great place for a women's weekend away

Some friends and I got together for a weekend away and this place was WONDERFUL. It was clean, beds were comfortable, there were many spaces to congregate, and the kitchen was well-stocked. The proximity to a few restaurants and other stores was helpful too. Chris was responsive and helpful. I'd definitely recommend this place and hope we'll be able to return!

Great property for a family gathering.

Beautiful property that was big enough for the 11 of us. We could all gather together and then there was also enough space for the kids to head one direction and have fun and then the adults had plenty of space too. Work is in process to make it an even more enjoyable place.

Chris was accommodating and welcoming from start to finish. The home was spacious, beautiful and perfectly clean. Poker room, hotub, pool table and many other amenities. Terrific experience and short drive to Hocking Hills. Would love to visit again!

Beautiful property! Amazing location!

This was a perfect location and stunning property that meets anyone needs! Kitchen is fully equipped. Location is fantastic, few minutes from little grocery shop and just 20-30 min (depends on how good you are at country roads) from Hocking Hills. The property owner was fantastic and easy to reach to answer any of our questions!!! Thank you!

Large and clean

The property is big and has gave us plenty of space so we didn't feel on top of each other. The entire house and the hot tub were clean and in good condition.It looks like they have nearly completed the front deck and pool! I'm excited to come back sometime to enjoy that addition.

Easter Getaway

This property was more than we could have asked for. There was plenty of room for our party of 10 with six kids under 12. We were able to spread out and relax. The kids loved the pickleball court and the freedom they had to explore outside. The house was so clean and welcoming with up to date appliances. There was even a secret poker room. We were able to meet the owner and had a great conversation. He is very personable and we canā€™t wait to come back again!

Perfect! The home was immaculate and stylish. Kitchen stocked with all necessary items. The pool was the star of the show. Plenty of space here to eat, lounge, and socialize indoors, as well as plenty of outdoor activities. Too hot for pickle ball during our stay, but what a great addition to the property . The firepit area was cozy with lights and provided roasting sticks. Hot tub was wonderful in the evening. . Owner had quick response times for any questions. One of the best places weā€™ve rented. Thank you.

Relaxing trip away

The home is fully stocked with anything needed for your stay. We had a group of 11 people and had so much room. 3 & 1/2 bathrooms was very helpful with that size of a group. Little town close has nice restaurants and markets. Hocking hills state park was only 20 minutes away. We all enjoyed the hot tub and all of the spa towels provided. We loved the pool table in the basement also. We were sad that the TP wasnā€™t up but understand that it is only seasonal. Plenty of outdoor furniture and the fire pit was a nice touch. Would recommend this house to anyone looking for a getaway.

Spectacular Getaway

The house is beautiful and very spacious. We had my family, my brother and his kids, my cousins family, and my mom and dad (13 of us total) and had plenty of space for everyone to gather together and separate when needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances and gadgets making family meals a breeze. The hot tub was very nice after our long hikes in Hocking hills which was only a 20min drive. The owner was very accommodating to our family needs and went above and beyond. Very easy to communicate with before during and after our stay. Would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again.

Nice large house with lots of extras

We've stayed at this home twice now. Both times we've been impressed by the space and the amenities. There are more nice little details that makes this feel welcoming and home like. This time was early enough in the season that we could still use the fire pit and the pickleball court! The court is a little tight to some of the walls, but you can make up your own house-rules and it's very fun.

Starting with small properties to eventually having 3 five star lodges that slept 28. From 2021 to 2022 I sold all 3 of the Lodges, and thought I was ready for something else. Until this property became available, now here we go again. Absolutely love creating something special, and enjoy having guest making treasured memories with family and loved ones.
