The house also features an outside plug for EV charging; guests must provide their own adapter for the charger.

Centrally located to the NOC, Appalachian Trail (2 miles away from house!), Tsali Mountain Bike Trails, The Nantahala River, multiple waterfalls, and hiking trails, Fontana Grace is a haven for outdoor enthusiats. The home has access to a private road to NOC that takes 12 mins to get down on a back road (and 30 mins on a front road).
