Additional Information

Wi-Fi internet throughout and parking available outside of the home. Unallocated parking for up to 2 vehicles. A deposit may be required for a gate access card during your stay – see below for more information.

Linens, towels, and starter amenities will set you up before your first trip to restock at the local store on day 1 as these are not intended to last for your stay.

This home, with the large Fridge and Freezer is a self-catering paradise.
Kitchen appliances include a microwave oven, oven and stove and coffee maker and Keurig Machine.

Washer and Dryer included.

A barbeque grill with a new propane tank can be delivered for your use for an additional fee. Use of a grill is not included in the standard rental.

This home has access to the excellent resort facilities which include a heated swimming pool, Tiki bar, health spa, sauna, sports courts, fishing lake, and fully equipped gym.
Terra Verde Resort is located close to all the parks & other local attractions at 109 Madiera Beach Blvd Kissimmee.

Terra Verde is a highly recommended gated resort community in Kissimmee, ideally located for Disney World as well as the famous Old Town area with additional attractions, stores and dining options.

The Resort Community has secure gated access for guests and prevents unauthorized vehicles being parked on the community. There is a gate pass fee will of $25 for the full duration of your stay for any vehicle accessing the resort and this is non-refundable. You have a driveway/parking areas outside the home. Each townhome is allotted two parking spaces. Parking spaces are not assigned. This fee can be paid at the clubhouse after arrival on the day. If, for example you arrive late in the evening and the clubhouse is closed you can visit the clubhouse the following day to arrange this.

Commercial, buses, trailers, recreational vehicles, self-propelled motor homes, and boats are not allowed to be parked on the Terra Verde Resort Property. Residents and or Guests will not be issued a parking pass for the above vehicles
The US192 is where you will also find Orlando’s newest water park, Island H2o Live! which is just 20 - 25 Minutes away and Kissimmee Old Town, with its Fun Spot attractions at just a 10 - 15 Minutes drive from here.
Attractions on International Drive, including Ripley’s, Wonderworks and Fun Spot America amusement park can be reached in about 25 - 30 Minutes.
The I-4 highway is nearby, meaning Busch Gardens is 75 - 80 Minutes away driving east towards Tampa and Kennedy Space Center is 55 - 60 Minutes away to the west. Florida’s award-winning beaches, including Clearwater, Cocoa, Daytona and Siesta Key, can all be reached in as little as 90 - 95 Minutes from here.
Orlando International Airport is 30-35 minutes away.

The primary booker must be 25 years or older (we are unable to accommodate groups of primarily those under 25 or those from the local vicinity), however family groups with Children aged 0 -100 are welcome! Will also need a signed rental agreement before providing access.

If you cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, you will be eligible for a full refund. However, please note that 3.5% of any payments made will be deducted to cover card processing fees. This fee applies to each transaction, as we incur these charges from the payment provider whenever a transaction is processed or refunded. The remaining balance will be promptly returned to your account.

The Masters HOA Board has determined to
implement a resort Gate Pass Fee for all guests
requiring access to the fast lane entrance.

Method:
*Guests will be charged a fee of $25 per gate
pass issued
*The card issued will be validated for the duration
of guests stay upon check in.
*Once paid, that vehicle will have access to the fast
entrance lane for the duration of their stay.
*There shall be no refund on returning the cards. As
there is no deposit, the amount paid is completely
a fee.
*The cards will, at all times, remain the property of
Terra Verde
* On departing the resort at the end of the stay
there will be drop boxes for the cards at the
clubhouse and at the exit gate.
