New Walmart opened 2 miles away and also several local restaurants.

Great Vacation Home

This home has everything you will need for a wonderful vacation! I was most Impressed with the cleanliness and the responsiveness of the owners. They went out of their way to insure we had a worry free time. The location is perfect, being close enough to get to where you want to be quickly with a safe neighborhood feel. I recommend it enough to have already booked my next visit!

We had a fantastic 2 week stay at the Villa. It had everything we needed and was just the right size for the 3 of us. We'd definitely stay here again on our next visit to Orlando. Carol was a fantastic host, is really friendly and answered any questions we had really quickly! Thanks for a brilliant stay!!

We love it!

This was our 2nd stay and we love this place. It is everything we need in a vacation property. The location is ideal for supermarkets, shops and Disney Parks - all within a 5-15 minute drive. Universal, Seaworld and I-Drive are about 25-30mins drive (top tip- set sat-nav to avoid highways to miss out the I4!!!!) This vacation home is clean, comfortable and spacious. 2 beds, 2 baths, kitchen, dining area and living room with spacious couch. Swimming pool is fantastic with sun loungers, table and chairs. The pool area has the sun from rising at 7:30am right through until the evening. The swimming pool faces the golf course to the rear of the property but has trees separating the 2 which provides adequate privacy. Carol is an excellent host and is always quick to respond to queries. Thank you Carol for letting us stop again and we hope to stay again in the future.

Fourth visit and still perfect!

This was my fourth visit over the last 12 years which perhaps says everything you need to know. Ideally sized for a couple/young family, it has everything you need for a stay doing the Disney parks. You're 5 minutes from supermarkets and restaurants and 10 minutes from Disney property. The pool is ideal and the games room gives kids a space to use as their own. Beds were really comfortable (albeit a bit high!) and there were towels galore which were needed after swimming! The villa has a perfectly useable kitchen with oven, huge fridge/freezer and massive dishwasher and the games room has a huge washing machine and dryer. On this visit we finally met the amazing Carol and Steve, the villa owners, and they are just as nice in person as they are over email. They know what they are doing, will help in any way they can and they have local villa management support, should the need arise (which we have never needed). The availability of this villa would be a deal breaker as to when we would travel over to Orlando, which says everything I think

Perfect Little House for Our Vacation

We loved how “homey” this place felt. I wish that there were some baking sheets for cooking, which is such a minor thing, and obviously, I could’ve purchased some myself- we made it work, though. Clean, cute property in a quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend!!!

Owner was amazing with pre-visit questions. Place was so convenient to everything.

Property was as promised to and pictures were accurate. I don't know if they do this for every mentor but when we arrived if there were a few food essentials already in the refrigerator so we didn't need to go to the store until the next dinner is so appreciated. The only thing that would stop us from staying again is the confusing thermostat. It is has a preset heating cooling plan and we tried very hard to make manual adjustments My first few days and could not achieve. Management promised to send someone to help figure it out and twice the person did not show. I gave up on asking and just dealt with it. Otherwise a perfect stay. Thank you Carol! We give it a 2 thumbs up!

Perfect little Pool house near Disney.

Clean, tidy, good setup. Loved the games room, as was perfect for those cloudy days/nights. Close to everything from groceries, Disney, restaurants etc. Quiet neighbourhood, with golf course to the rear. Recommend.

Perfact location, for a magical vacation

From start to finish the host was very helpful, and communication was great throughout (even through the covid years). The villa itself is perfect, a very relaxing area, covers all our needs and more. Everything is well communicated in the villa to make for an easy stay. It's close enough to Disney and with an easy drive to Universal around 40 minutes. The villa is located in a quiet area, close enough to shops for convenience. Would definitely stay again when visiting Orlando....

Hi Carol I wanted to thank you for allowing us to stay a few days of rest in your beautiful home. Everything was perfect and we enjoyed our stay very much. We would also like to thank through you the kind English neighbor who did not help on the last day when the air conditioning system froze because of the storm. Disney Trip

Very simple. Only objection is that we had to pay in pounds , English currency. Easy to get to, close to all attractions and restaurants. Big super Walmart on the route to the house. House was clean and neat. Used the pool daily. Nice. Used washer and dryer. Nice to have. No dirty clothes going home. Had a great trip. Would stay there again. Thanks for sharing your home.

Fab home from home!

What a lovely villa. It had everything in it that we needed. The games room was our nightly go to after a long day at the parks. We also loved our daily dip in the pool to cool down. The neighbourhood was very quiet and fairly affluent and we felt very safe in it. The next door neighbour was very polite and helpful. We didn't expect our welcome pack to be as good as it was, what a lovely surprise! We will definitely book again if we ever decide to go back to orlando. We would absolutely love to have a home like this! Thanks Carol, Stephen and family for letting us stay in your lovely holiday home!

Clean, comfortable, perfect in every way!

We just checked out yesterday and loved every minute of our stay. The cute Disney touches were enjoyed by all. The game room was great and swimming pool just fantastic to have. We really enjoyed our stay and have recommended to many of our friends already. Big thanks to Carol for easy communication and a great place to come home and relax after multiple big days at the surrounding parks, also super close and convenient.

Perfect stay for small family with young children ( 3.5yo & 11mo)

Carol was a great hostess, always available to answer the questions that came up during our stay. The house is a great spot for driving to Disney, and we were also able to do my daughter's smash cake photos at the park by the entrance to the neighborhood (instead of driving 40 minutes to a picturesque area, which saved us a ton of time!). I loved how everything is on one floor, clean, and (mostly) non-breakable (3.5 year old boy). I also didn't need to use the childproofing items we brought, which was really nice! Half the battle of staying anywhere with kids is childproofing the place before anyone gets hurt. The pool was a little chillier than we anticipated, but you warm up to it quickly and our 11mo didn't mind it. Love the alarm on the door to the pool anytime the door opens, that let us sleep easy knowing our kids couldn't access the pool. Our only problem was that the bathtub drain didn't work well and the tub was very slippery, so our kids only got 2 baths during our stay. I didn't feel the need to contact The homeowner for this. I also loved how you don't need to bring anything; she's got literally everything you need there, pots, pans, toilet paper, paper towels, you name it. Also had a great game room for our toddler, with a play kitchen and basketball. Really the perfect home for so many groups!! We also felt completely safe in the neighborhood, no sketchy business, no noise from neighbors, really a lovely area! This is a repeat booking for sure!

No electricity

Neither bathrooms had electric outlets that worked so you could blow Dry your hair. Reported it to property mgr nothing was done. Pool had dirt along bottom. Had paid forslime on the mosaic tiles at top. And 3 days from leaving we had no hot water and no one would come and fix. I reported all of these issues to griselle and she didn't call me until after we left ,3-4 days later. The trash barrel outside was full because people before us didn't bring to the curb. Worst of all pool filter and heater would not turn on. That's extra charge we paid for. When I reported all of these issues and felt at least one night should be refunded I received a nasty email from griselle. Couldn't take a shower for 3 days? Couldn't blow Dry my hai the entire time. That's just not fair. I would recommend another home for rent. Ill never go back there. They won't even negotiate all the problems we had . House is ok but need someone to get it renovated and at least have outlets in bathroom that work
