This monthly home on a canal will be a great stay for your future Fort Myers Beach vacation! The home comes stocked with everything you need for your stay including a fully equipped kitchen with amazing marble countertops. Relax on the lawn facing the canal or enjoy a meal in the large lanai.
This home also has access to two beach cruiser bikes, head down to the Times Square area and take in the beautiful views on your ride or visit the newly opened Margaritaville! We're always thinking of new ways to enjoy your vacation, reach out and we can always provide you with must-dos and day trips!
Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach. With 4 Bedrooms and a max occupancy of 8, the whole family will have a place to stay!

This unit is pet-friendly with a 2-pet limit, pets are limited to dogs only. A written request at the time of booking is required to bring any animal, including pets, emotional support animals, and service animals. A non-refundable $200/animal fee applies for pets and emotional support animals. The fee will be added to your booking total, with applicable taxes when we receive your Official Animal Request to our email. Additional charges will be added for each unauthorized animal if animals are brought without permission.
This unit is managed by TriPower Vacation Rentals, a professional vacation rental management company located on Fort Myers Beach. Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement with TriPower to finalize booking. This unit requires a physical key. You will need to pick up keys from our office at 2085 Estero Blvd., Fort Myers Beach first to gain access to this unit.
This property requires a minimum of 28 days. Minimum age to rent is 25 years old. Please consider Travel Insurance for unexpected situations preventing travel. NO SMOKING ALLOWED.
