Professionally remodeled post Ian with nothing left unturned. Immaculate and affordable duplex located a short walk to Sanibel beaches. 2 bedrooms (1 queen & 2 twins) / 1 bathroom with private laundry, outdoor shower and off-street parking (pricing is for one unit only). Located just a 5-minute walk from Nerita beach and less than 1 mile from the causeway make getting to the beach or on/off the island a breeze! (who wants to spend their vacation sitting in traffic on Periwinkle?) Private outdoor lanai allows a nice place to relax with ample privacy. Bike (or walk) to nearby beaches, restaurants and shops or sit on property reading a book (high speed WIFI included for those who want to read Facebook). Fully furnished, including full kitchen and outdoor grill. No stairs make it easily accessible from the car. This home makes an affordable on island vacation a reality.

We used to rent our home prior to Ian and had 5 star reviews from all of our guests!

Beautiful place, clean, very tastefully decorated and minutes away from the beach. It has a front covered porch with net (Florida room:)), big back yard and outdoor shower to rinse off salty ocean water. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Best place we have stayed on Sanibel!

We have been to Sanibel four times in the last 14 months and this overall has been our most wonderful stay.Alex has everything that you could possibly need on the property and was fast answering any questions we had. Cannot wait to stay her again!

Renovated Cottage

Nicely renovated cottage close to Nerita / Donax beaches - just a short bike ride away. Has everything you need for a day at the beach including chairs, umbrella, and a beach cart.

Sanibel Retreat Review

We had a great time. The host ensured we had chairs, bikes, a beach cart, and all the other necessities needed for a carefree trip. The house was just as advertised and was perfect for our needs. Very close to the beach!

Bed and furniture very comfortable. Kitchen well stocked... Easy bike ride to beach, shop and restaurants... Quaint and quiet neighborhood... Owner was super easy to communicate with... What more could you ask for a vacation stay !!!

March on Sanibel

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfy as well! The backyard was very private and so nice to hang out in. Our favorite thing was the outdoor shower!! We never took indoor showers. One disappointment was that the gas grill was empty of gas. It would have been nice if it was full. It is a short walk to the beach 5-6 min. The provided beach chairs were great! We want to buy some just like them for ourselves. Wish we could have reserved for next season. Reasonable pricing as well.

Sanibel Island Paradise Vacation

My wife , my golden retriever and I had a wonderful , relaxing and private time at this property close to the beach, many restaurants and the causeway . The owner is very accesible and the house is equipped with all needed to make your life at a beach house a total enjoyment . Thank you for your hospitality.

A gem of a place

This is a wonderful rental for Sanibel. Quiet location, immaculately clean and well equipped. It’s in a great spot to explore all parts of the island. Very close to the bike trails and at most a five minute walk to a beach entrance. Within easy distances to Jerry’s supermarket and plenty of restaurants on Periwinkle. Fishing bait shops also are nearby, as are nature trails. The owners were great at checking in and helping us. I highly recommend this rental to families or couples.

Lovely Stay

Our family spent two weeks at this property in June of 2021. We loved the cozy, clean cottage. The landscaping was lovely. The property is a short walk to the beach. It wouldn't be ideal for someone who wanted steps to the beach, but we were happy to be in a neighborhood. The property owner, Alex, was very easy to work with. The house had thoughtful touches, such as many essentials and a first-aid kit. It even had extra dog toys for our furry family members. We enjoyed our stay.

Pup Paradise on Sanibel

We stayed for a week but wished it could have been longer! The house is very quiet and tucked away, while also incredibly close to beach and Periwinkle. There are bikes, beach toys, galore and an excellent outside patio for relaxing. Will definitely be returning!

Perfect Sanibel getaway

We had the best month on Sanibel at this location - 5 minute walk to the beach, very quiet street, and the property was terrific - tons of outdoor space, bikes, and anything needed. It was better than advertised - we can't wait to come back

Wonderful stay!

This property was perfect for our Thanksgiving week vacation! The home was well appointed including plenty of kitchen items plus beach chairs, bikes & even convenient carry wagon! Great location, close to beaches & restaurants. Alex was a pleasure to work with & terrific host even having cookie sheets delivered to help with turkey day!

Precisely What We Ordered

Conveniently located just a short walk to the beach and Periwinkle Dr. (main street with plenty of restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, etc.), this vacation rental was the perfect and safe retreat during the COVID-19 pandemic. We found everything we could possibly need at this well-stocked home (towels, bedding, kitchen utensils, beach gear) and nearby for our stay of more than two weeks. We enjoyed the safe neighborhood, great location and really appreciated the kindness and availability of our host, Alex. The home could have been cleaned a bit better but I am a clean freak of sorts with allergies. Overall, I would highly recommend this home to anyone seeking a pleasant and convenient stay on Sanibel Island.

Loved the location!

My husband and I enjoyed our time in your place emencly. We were very comfortable. It was a nice walk or a sort bike ride to the beach. We were so appreciative of the bikes & beach gear available to us. We were able to explore the Island and looked at many homes as we are looking to re locate to the Island.
